一切都很棒，接待人員非常友好且樂於助人。酒店乾淨現代。早餐不錯，標準正常。我們住的第一個房間靠街，比較吵，但之後我們換了另一個房間，環境好多了。我們住的是陽台房，視野開闊，非常安靜。飯店位置很好，步行20分鐘即可到達市中心，我們不需要搭乘大眾運輸工具（我們喜歡步行四處看看）。我們強烈推薦這家飯店，並推薦您在克拉科夫住宿。

我在這家酒店度過了一段美好的時光。從抵達的那一刻起，工作人員就讓我感到賓至如歸，他們服務周到，隨時準備提供協助。房間煥然一新，床也非常舒適。早餐是我入住期間的一大亮點。所有食物都新鮮美味，用餐區乾淨整潔，溫馨宜人。總的來說，飯店環境優美，令人放鬆，服務也完全符合我的期望。我一定會再次入住這裡，並推薦給所有尋求舒適愉悅酒店體驗的人。

我和家人（妻子和兩個女兒）一起來到克拉科夫。我們住在一間漂亮的小套房。牆上的壁紙美極了，我們拍了不少照片。接待處非常熱情，亞歷山德拉女士熱情地迎接了我們，艾米莉亞女士也與我們道別。女士們人都很好，解答了我所有的問題。早餐也很棒。這次入住非常愉快，我們推薦這家飯店。

服務專業，氛圍溫馨，乾淨整潔，早餐美味可口。這裡是商務和家庭住宿的理想選擇。接待員Mati總是會推薦吃飯或聊天的最佳地點。我強烈推薦這家飯店，因為我經常住在連鎖飯店，在這裡我感覺受到了很好的照顧。有一次我忘了一件襯衫，它已經熨好放在衣櫃裡，等著我下次入住。

非常乾淨舒適的酒店，友好而樂於助人的工作人員，房間裡有一個保險箱，還有一個可以煮咖啡/茶的水壺，非常好。社區安靜，樓下雜貨店營業到晚上11點，很方便。唯一的缺點是它不靠近火車站或主要景點。

房間非常適合一家五口入住，兩房公寓。非常乾淨，廚房設施齊全，床很舒服，空間也很大。一切都考慮到了，從洗碗機、洗衣機到熨斗和熨衣板，應有盡有。早餐很豐盛，適合每個人，有香腸、雞蛋、麥片、果醬、肉類和起司等等。所有工作人員都很友好，樂於助人，從預訂行程到搭乘什麼交通工具，他們無所不包。我會向所有去克拉科夫的人推薦這家飯店，以後也一定會再入住。步行10分鐘即可到達市中心巴士站和迷你市場，步行1分鐘即可到達飯店右轉出口。

我在這家酒店住得非常愉快！房間乾淨舒適，地理位置優越，一切都一流。我尤其想強調一下前台工作人員——他們隨時準備提供幫助，辦事迅速，而且彬彬有禮。我一定會再來，也會推薦給我的朋友！

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel.Sehr liebevoll.Super Service, gutes Frühstück, Wasser,Kaffee und Tee umsonst, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Klimaanlage und teilweise mit Balkon, vielbefahrenen Straße hört man aber nicht und es gibt einen Vodka zur Begrüßung

Very good, friendly experience from the staff, rooms were very clean, well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was available from 7 every morning and had both hot and cold options, from cooked breakfast foods to cold deli meats/cheese and bread. The hotel is well placed an easy 20 minute walk from the old town and centre of the city. I’m sure many would struggle to find a hotel as good as this for the price, would definetly return if I was to come to Krakow again!

A short 2 night stay at a lovely hotel. The room was very spacious had a very large bathroom and great shower. The room was very clean, had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities together with a mini fridge and safe. The room was very quiet, had a nice themed wallpaper. The staff were all very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us and spoke excellent English. The buffet breakfast available from 07.00 had many hot and cold options. The hotel arranged for an airport pick up for us which went seemlessly as we were arriving quite late and they kept reception open later too having already emailed us the entry instructions because of our later flight and some flights getting delayed. We were also able to check out a little later.The hotel is in a quiet area with a lot of bus and tram options nearby and the main Market Square is only a short 20 minute walk, very easy to navigate everything and the Christmas markets were all on whilst we were there. We would definitely stay at the hotel again in the future if we returned to Krakow.
