My mother complained that her steak was inedible and didn’t eat it but incredibly was still charged for it .I wrote a letter of complaint weeks ago but still haven’t received a reply. Terrible service.The manageress insisted that the uneaten steak be paid for .So much for customer satisfaction!

We have stayed in the torc a few times before when we have gone to Killarney and always had a good experience hotel is very basic but for somewhere just to sleep it does the job. We stayed Saturday night we were greeted by a lovely lady at reception who couldn’t have been any nicer she said she was new there. Everything was fine until the next morning when we went down for breakfast my partner ordered 2 sausages 2 rashers with toast and pudding and I ordered 2 sausages with beans and toast and told they don’t do beans which is just so odd for a hotel breakfast when it arrived we took one look and knew we weren’t going to touch it it looked absolutely disgusting is the only word. In total we had 2 slices of toast and 2 mini crossaints each and the smallest glass of cheap orange juice when we went to check out we had to deal with such a rude blonde lady who was working in the bar a few minutes before she said there was a €20 breakfast fee which all we could do was laugh at the price I tried to explain that it shouldn’t be that expensive as it was inedible but she wasn’t listening and smiling while being so rude continuously mentioning the toast and orange juice too as if that could justify the price we paid and it was fine we’ll get over that but the way she acted was ridiculous and it felt like she was being so rude like that to impress the manager sitting behind her we definitely won’t be staying there again now and really hope she learns to be more friendly to returning guests and also their breakfast chef definitely needs to up their game.

Un hotel molto caratteristico della contea di Killarney, personale molto accogliente, le camere sono ampie e pulite. La cucina è strepitosa, con piatti abbondanti e molto gustosi. Se siete in zona e passate da lì provatelo, ne vale la pena.
