Dirty and run down. Roaches in bathroom. We love Embassy Suites but this one is awful.

Hotel built in 1977 and remodeled in 2007. There are a lot of other newer options for the same $300 price tag. Hotel was comfortable but dated looking, had a slight musty smell. Refrigerator didn’t cool properly, rust in bathroom door frame, cracks and disrepair in ceiling. Only one port for usb charger, no cubes at front desk to borrow or buy. Nice drinks and food at arrival. Bar food was ok.

The hotel itself seemed outdated. Bathroom was very small. Loved the entry doors to the rooms. The amount to pay to park was ridiculously high. I liked the theme in the hotel better than others. Overall not bad.

Rooms are old, couch is not comfy. During breakfast, staff didn’t act like they were very accomodating. Floors were sticky, our table was not cleaned well.

The hotel is dated. There was mold on in the shower, ceiling of the bed room and brown stuff on the pull out couch sheets. There were band aids floating in the pool. The AGM was beyond unreasonable and believes that customer service is not a priority per his statement “this is not my problem this is yours”.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites. The room was clean and fresh, breakfast was great. We were disappointed that the pool was down for our stay, but had not been notified.

The room was clean and tidy. The shower was really slow to drain. The bedroom tv didn’t have a remote. It was nice to be able to grab a quick breakfast.

1 to 2 of 3 elevators were out of service the whole time. Requested room cleaning once but did not receive it. No, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was not posted.

Around 12:30 midnight, some teenagers were knocking on my door real hard. Making loud noise and running around in the hotel. I called the front desk to inform them about the situation. They said they were going to call security. Security said he ran off seven teenagers and one adult off the property. My wife and I were very frightened about this place. The manager said to call ******* so they can reimburse me.

I grew up staying at Embassy Suites often and it was always top-notch. But, my husband and I did not feel that this was the case with this stay. When we arrived late at night, the parking situation was a pretty big mess. It is quite frustrating to have to pay the absurd $23 to have ourselves and I heard at least 2 other people have trouble with finding a parking spot. The room really was nice and comfortable. But, it was odd that all doors and drawers were open upon entering the room. I am guessing they were showing us all the space? I know it sounds petty, but it was annoying to have to shut them all and it included the fridge which I needed to put some leftover food in and it was lukewarm temperature with a massive ice block on top of the freezer area. I know this is not the hotel's fault, but unfortunately, the guests above us were screaming and/or partying very late into the night. The breakfast was delicious! We were happy about this because it was a major reason we chose Embassy over our other options. Lastly, the hotel was packed this weekend so it was a bummer that by the time we left, 2 out of the 3 elevators were not working properly... So the wait time was rough with a lot of stopping on the way down from the 9th floor. The beautiful hotel just did not seem like it was being kept up as you'd expect with a hotel of this caliber. I am sad to say we will likely not be staying here again.

We booked a room for my daughter’s birthday with a couple of friends to celebrate. We were so disappointed. The pool area was dirty and chaotic. The hot tub was not even warm and the jets were broken. The sauna was also not working. One elevator was not working which made the elevator to the 4th floor take forever each time. One time we waited so long we had to take the stairs. The staff was so limited with only one person at the desk at all times. Our room had multiple things broken or stained and the shower was leaking. I was disappointed in this property and will not stay here again.

Very thin walls and could hear every TV info happening next door and the pillows are very uncomfortable. My whole family got sick after eating the breakfast buffet

Not the cleanest, pool over busy and kids not following any rules, staff didn’t seem to care. Over priced
