三馬林達富國飯店(Fugo Hotel Samarinda)

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

Lokasi hotel cukup bagus dekat mall. Suasana bagus. Kolam renang bersih dan cukup luas. Makanan enak dan cukup lengkap. Pilihan makanan untuk anak ada sosis, telur, cococrunch. Kondisi kamar bukan yang terbaik tapi cukup bersih.

The Hotel is Amazing. The best in East Kalimantan but I have a bad experience during my stay. The sales, front desk and house keeping were chaos in timing and coordination. I Phoned the Hotel asking for reservation and the lady refer to their online sales by WhatsApp. All the payment were handle by WhatsApp. I booked a Premier room. The room is nice and the pool view also amazing. So I wanted to extend and handled by Sales on WhatsApp. Same room and same payment. The next day after breakfast, the front desk phoned me whether I want to extend or not and if yes I have to move to Superior room so I was confused since I paid it and explained to her. She did not call me for any confirmation. Back from breakfast, at 11 am the room still messy so I called the housekeeping and the sales. They said they will come asap. 2.5 hours later nothing was done. I made a huge complaint because I need my rest. The sales just out, no word at all. The HK manager came and explained that they just found out that my room is extend since 11.00am. Too Bad. Unprofessional Sales an

Tried breakfast at fugo hotel with my family on Saturday. Breakfast buffet was excellent and alot of varieties. Our kidos love the dimsum and onde-onde. Our server David was very attentive and accommodated to our needed. His above and beyond of serve deserve an award. Definitely will come back soon

I booked for 2 night, staying here was very enjoyable, everything was good, delicious, comfortable, spacious, clean, fragrant rooms, varied and delicious breakfast, cool lobby, great swimming pool, strategic location in the biggest mall in Samarinda City, highly recommend to stay next time, for sure I will come back here again

The hotel FUGO is fantastic. Everything is very comfortable and well designed. The hallways are large, the lobby is spectacular, the restaurants are great and the swimming pool is amazing. The water temperature perfect. The rooms have a big balcony and great views of the Mahakam River. The breakfast buffet is totally excellent. This was our second stay there for three nights. There is no other hotel in Samarinda comparable to the FUGO. So ... yes.. highly recommended. (James S.)

What a wonderful stay at Fugo hotel samarinda Thankyou for the service Ms. Ajeng at the reception, she's very helpful and nice I stayed in Premier room located at 7th floor, it's amazing swimming pool view, i love it For your info my room is entitled for afternoon tea, wich is very delicious The swimming pool also amazing, they have a huge swimming pool 😍 The breakfast very delicious with many variance food, thanks to Ms. Jen she's nice Fugo has the best service in town, can't wait to come n stay in the future Best ❤️
