卡森德拉飯店(cassendra Hotel Kandy)

The most polite way of reviewing this property is to say that it’s a 2* establishment not 4* as published. To be honest when making the booking I misspelt the name from the guide sent me and that’s how we ended up there. Young lady at Front desk very polite. Steep stairs would hinder anyone with disability. As I said initially it’s a solid 2* property

high up , and so the tuk tuk has to really struggle to get there. Review says BUFFET BREAKFAST , we were told not many guest so no buffet breakfast , breakfast not very good and not much choice. Reception lady told us previous night the chef will make nice breakfast to what we want but the chef in the morning told us they do not have enough product to make much . Hot water shower terrible , not enough hot and no explanation for that was given .

We only stayed here for one night, as we had a train to catch early the next morning, so our experience was limited. However, we did find our rooms to be large and comfortable, and the staff friendly and hospitable. As we had to leave before breakfast, they provided a generous packed meal for us to have on our journey. Although tea and coffee were supplied, our kettle didn't work, which was a shame, but no doubt if we had been around for longer, it would have been replaced.

Le Cassendra est hotel moderne qui offre toutes les prestations attendues (climatisation, vaste lit - presque trop grand, balcon etc...). Il est assez éloigné du centre de Kandy et la route pour y accéder est compliquée. Le personnel est sympathique. Je déconseille le dîner, un peu onéreux pour une qualité médiocre. Le petit déjeuner est bien meilleur !

this was our second time visiting your hotel. first was fro business, second fro pleasure . the facilities is lovely with beautiful architecture and detail. the staf was courteous. the food and drink are very tasty. dessert are great. the hotel id loced on high mountain top in kandyan area and in very beautiful environment . the rooms are very beautiful and very claen. very good hotel to have a fun with famly members and fraind .... AKILA .

I had an incredible time at Hotel Cassendra in Kandy, Sri Lanka! The hotel's beautiful location, warm hospitality, and well-appointed rooms made my stay truly memorable. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the on-site dining and amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend Hotel Cassendra for an unforgettable experience in Kandy. Five stars all the way!

Abbiamo preso una familiare con i letti matrimoniali, la vista dall'albergo è bella ma si trova in una zona non molto comoda,per raggiungere il centro serve un tuk tuk, la pulizia nelle stanze lascia a desiderare i letti sono comodi,ma per essere un albergo che si spaccia a 4 stelle i peli e i capelli non dovrebbero essere inclusi.Il personale spesso non è presente nella hall,abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda ma siamo stati noi a suggerire la soluzione che altrimenti non sarebbe mai arrivata perché pochi in interessati al problema.Credo che a Kandi si possa trovare di meglio

Hôtel situé à quelques minutes en tuk-tuk du centre ville. Très agréable, car on est loin de toute l'agitation de la ville. Le personnel a été vraiment adorable. Ils nous ont préparé à manger pour notre trajet en train. Je recommande vivement.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Die Zimmer sind zwar groß, aber die Handtücher waren dreckig und wir mussten 2x saubere anfordern. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren. Um 7.00 Uhr in der Früh wird bereits gehämmert. Außer Wasser gibt es keine Getränke in diesem Hotel. Der Balkon ist ein Reinfall und der Gang des Hotels. Kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen und würde es auch nicht mehr buchen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.
