San Juan beach water club has always been my go to when I one time Puerto Rico. They are currently in renovation. They are switching owners, so they are changing the look of the place and updating it.

for the tv not to work should’ve been something mentioned during check in

The staff was very rude. While Dino go was given a used spoon from another table. The ceiling in my suite was falling. Holes in the wall of my room. Construction going on in and around the building. Tapping above my room from other guest. The stay was horrible. They shouldn’t be open while under construction. The staff continuously ignored me and catered only to white staff. After making complaint to hotel manager staff ignores me. This was the worst trip ever. I’ve wasted my money and felt extremely uncomfortable. I work for top tier hospitality and I am appalled that I was treated this way. Worst experience ever and I will be yelping my entire experience.

They charged me a lot of money and the place is under construction. It does not have parking and although they offer valet parking it is quite expensive. I found a cockroach and it's not like it was 7 years ago.

It was away from everything. They charged you to park as a guest. Parking was scarce so you had to pay for valet parking at the hotel. The room was small.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures I went 2 days without hot water! Then there where roaches in my room! Horrible stay will not recommend!

This was better than expected! Beautiful hotel, very nice staff. Right on the beach and super convenient transportation. Good food within walking distance

Property under construction, no main entrance, this is might be a good place to stay but now it’s way overpriced, rooftop pool was close and people people from the restaurant was bother me all the time

Fantastic stay… Walk 25 yards and you are on the beach where Marcos greets you and gets your sun chairs and umbrella ready for the day. The staff was very friendly and always ready to share a suggestion on dining or activities nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel and if you need transportation Uber services were always available and very reasonable. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. Elevators always worked and we never ran out of hot water.. We will be returning for sure.

I like that we are right on the beach and can walk right out and be at the beach. We stayed on the 9th floor and elevator noises all night from somewhere. Had to wear head phones at night because of the constant washing machine spin cycle noise from the elevator. Staff was very friendly.

Although they are going thru a re construction you can tell how much more beautiful the place is going to be. But the room we stayed in was gorgeous my favorite part was the shower it was so nice the room was so cozy and comfy staff was great manager even sent a complimentary drink for my husbands birthday next area right on the beach the roof top pool and bar omg it doesn’t get any better than that. Overall very nice and satisfying stay don’t hesitate to book
