Travelodge by Wyndham Kamloops Mountview

Vet clean and warm and well situated off the highway. The front desk service was exceptional and the simple breakfast tasty. A good value place to stay.......and there is a good sports bar up the road

Came as a family of 7 and specifically asked for 2 rooms together they put our rooms on different floors and clear across the building. There was no room service, not cleaning 3 nights we were there, and the breakfast was not as advertised only had a choice of boiled eggs and nothing to go with it

When arrived to check in the worker told me my room had been checked into already and to find out they only had one room with three queen beds so took 45 mins to get two rooms and made me feel like it was my problem but they gave my room to someone else.

At first front desk asked for $250 damage deposit which is more than the hotel room. Nearby upper class hotels ask for $50. Then someone from the staff walked right into my room without even knocking! Thats the second time this happened and one time when i just got out of the shower

This property is located in a good spot but is motel style so very noisy. There were no outlets accessible in the room, outlets were either behind the beds or overloaded, which seemed odd because there wasn’t a lot of things plugged in. Pool was decent. Breakfast was also very limited, eggs were the only protein option and the cereal seemed stale. The phone in our room did not work for our whole stay. Staff were friendly enough but the property is in need of updates and TLC

******* and Travelodge don't share bookings with each other. No record of my booking at all... it took 2 phone calls and 45 kins to check in.... Travelodge and ******* both suck balls

Called us the day of my booking and tried to give us a king bed for 4 people instead the 2 queens I booked 3 months ago because they overbooked. When told that wouldn't work for us I was told "well you booked through *******". Ultimately given a king with a murphy bed in a tired, cramped room. Over priced for the state of the facility. The front desk gentleman on check in was lovely but the rest I would leave.

I read a number of comments on this property and many mentioned their rooms were clean. Mine was not. Very dirty, and poorly maintained. Very tired and really needs to properly be updated

The jet tub was broken and they woke me up at 7am to see if they could come and fix it. Also refused a refund
