Personnel sympa et serviable. Chambre un peu désuète et propreté très moyen. Sinon bien placé en centre-ville

delightful hotel A lovely interesting building with a very warm welcome. Great breakfast served to the table. Only criticism was that the room was cold and the bathroom floor freezing. Our visit was January!

The room felt very unclean. The curtains etc. were very dusty. The hallways of this hotel are painted black giving it a sinister look. Everything felt very old and dirty. There was no full-length mirror in the room. I felt really sad and depressed every time I stepped inside the room. I have gotten better deals on hotels for the same money. The view outside my window was also bad with the next-door building being completely under construction. There is no woman on the staff which made me feel slightly uncomfortable at nights as a single woman traveler. On a side not, Jeff was really nice and a great staff person.

Excelente atención

The property did not look like the pictures. It was dark and musty and hard to find the front door. When we told the front desk we were not happy, we were told we could leave but would owe one night’s stay. We said fine and booked another hotel. On our way out the door, the man said ‘ my Mistake- you have to pay for the whole stay’. This is not ok. We are hoping ******* will help resolve this. Thus far, there has been no response. This is also unexceptionable. We won’t hurry to use *******.
