耶路撒冷溫德姆華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Jerusalem)

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

The hotel was fine. One main reason i didn't give 5 stars. We arrived at 10pm to get 2 rooms that were prepaid. There was no line at reception. Why does it take 15 minutes to process 2 rooms that were prepaid? the breakfast buffet was particularly good.

This was without doubt the worst stay I have ever experienced in a hotel and I have travelled across the world. The room was in a poor state of repair, stained carpet, broken bathroom door, splintered and stained veneer. The lift was filthy with debris on the floor and smeared marks all over the interior. We were treated like outcasts from the moment we arrived. My daughter and I were not part of a group which was part of the problem. The food was terrible and the offering on Fri/Sat night inedible- slimy heart in gravy or dry, cremated chicken. We were expected to eat dinner in an near empty function room. The manager of the coffee shop was abysmally rude when we were misdirected there and the last an final straw was on departure day when my daughter and I were told I. No uncertain terms to leave the coffee area whilst waiting for our driver. To add insult to injury, I had spent a large sum of money there over the past 4 days of our stay. Absolutely unacceptable on every level. We were unable to access the lift due to the volume of exuberant teenagers rampaging around the reception area and were forced to use a service lift to get back to our room. It was an upsetting and horrible experience, never to be repeated.

Hotel was rather overpriced for what they offered A courtesy bowl of fruit and water would have been nice. The air condition and no room control and was freezing. But we met some nice people there ALso why was the proayer for our soldiers not said during the services

Thank you Jason Gordon for ensuring us a great holiday where all our needs were met. We have been coming to the Ramada for many years and were always happy , but Jason is really bringing the hotel standards to a higher level and always with a smile . Looking forward to see you there again next time

El hotel está verdaderamente sucio. Cáscaras de mandarina en el borde de la entrada de la puerta. Todo viejo y rápido y personal bastante poco amable. Y encima está retirado de la zona del casco histórico. La silla de mi cuarto puerta viejas y

I had an issue with a reservation and finally I got in touch with Dan athlan reservation manager Ramada Jerusalem. He took care of me a most welcome perfect way. He really cares about the guests. And because of him I will go to Ramada many more times

En effet, j’ai réservé l’hôtel avec le directeur des réservation qui est très sympathique et très professionnel. Avec Mr Athlan j’ai eu le meilleur des services. Je recommande vivement! Hotel hyper propre des sols à la literie,personnel souriant,accueillant et fort aimable.Excellement manage par M.Dan Atlan. En outre,l hotel est admirablement situe:à quelques metres de la line 1 du tramway. Musees,Knesset,ministeres peuvent etre rejoints à pieds. Repas abondants, gouteux et varies
