Buena infraestructura cama cómoda tiene buen aire acondicionado le agregaría huevos al desayuno y mayor variedad , lugar limpio , tranquilo agradable como alojamiento

Over the last few years I have been lucky enough to visit many countries and stay in many hotels and without doubt, this was by far the worst. The safe was broken, trapping my passport and valuables, the WiFi rarely worked unless you went to the reception area, the room fan was noisy (I had to turn it if to sleep), the shower smelt awful, reception was rarely manned and WattsApp requests for help went largely ignored, until I got my travel agent to call them. The place itself was very basic and the breakfast minimal, which in itself isn't a problem, but add in the thin walls so you can hear your neighbours, loud roosters, and uncaring staff and you decide very quickly that somewhere else, in fact anywhere else, would have been better. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

飯店很基本，沒有什麼好抱怨的。 但哪個飯店會想到讓 3 到 5 隻公雞自由漫步，每天晚上/早上（凌晨 2:10 到 4:30 之間）繼續打鳴。連續幾個小時。我知道生態代表著永續發展、自然保育等。那是不可能的。即使戴著耳塞，你仍然可以聽到雞叫聲。

Fuimos a ese Hotel porque una amiga nos lo reservo y pago desde Chile sin saber nosotros que hotel era y ya cuando lo vimos nos informamos en foros y vimos opiniones diversas y algunas no muy buenas ,con lo cual cuando llegamos al hotel estabamos un poco preocupado pero ya en recepción una señorita y un caballero nos recibieron con amabilidad y sencillez y ya eso nos gusto fuimos a nuestra habitacion asignada (estaba al final del recinto en la parte de abajo y frente al jardin (hay dos plantas) tiene fuera un pequeño recibidor que tiene una mesita y dos sillas de plastico y la primera inpresion fue una habitacion (limpia ordenada y con lo basico para pernoctar unos dias (no tiene refrigeration si un estupendo ventilador de techo y dispone de una mini nevera )el baño normal limpio con ventilacion natural y lenceria normal (sin aspereza ) y productos basicos para el aseo .Quiero recalcar que la limpieza que hacian diariamente era PERFECTA ,El desayuno es normal (y con algunas carencias) tenía lo necesario para poder empezar la mañana (la camarera esta muy atenta a reponer constantemente lo que falta ) En recepción fueron en todo momentos profesionales dando respuesta a nuestras preguntas y dandonos sus sugerencias .La unica pega es los Kikirikis y Cacareos de los Gallos y Gallinas sueltos por los jardines del hotel y por todo el pueblo ,y que empiezan muy pronto a molestar(sobre las 5 de la madrugada) ,lo comentamos en recepción y nos dieron unos tapones ,(solucionando el problema ). Relación Calidad Servicio y Precio. Normal

Hôtel très bien situé . Wifi marche très bien dans la chambre ( la box était devant notre chambre ) L extérieur de l hôtel pourrait être super , mais la végétation luxuriante n est pas entretenue . Les peintures sont vieillissantes sur les rampes en bois et dans les chambres , les murs blancs mériteraient un coup de peinture , mais cela n est pas le plus important . Le petit dej peut être pris sur la petite terrasse , un peu de salé, du sucré . Le chant des coqs qui sont dans le jardin à partir de 4 h ou 5 h du matin ne laissent personne dormir , pourtant les petits poulets sont trop mignons dans la journée . Conclusion : un hôtel qui pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable avec un petit coup de frais

Eravamo alloggiati in un bungalow, letti comodi e stanza pulita e confortevole. Manca la TV ma questo non è non è un problema. Complesso silenzioso. Buone colazioni. Personale abbastanza gentile. Alle volte le galline girano libere. Ma è normale, perché galli , galline girano liberamente per Hanga Roa. La posizione è un po' rialzata e si può vedere l'oceano.

Sencillo pero limpio. Muy tranquilo. Muy buena ubicación. Personal muy amable, como en toda esa maravillosa isla. El WiFi excelente. Alguien echaría de menos el aire acondicionado, pero de noche termina refrescando, incluso en verano.

Tuve el placer de estar una semana hospedada en el hotel, lo mejor es la ubicación, ya que es muy céntrico y se puede ir caminando a varios lugares, es muy tranquilo el sector donde esta ubicado, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, el desayuno estilo continental también fue bueno. Lo que más puedo destacar de mi estadía fue al anfitrión Manuel que fue muy amable y servicial brindando datos y ayuda para los tour, arriendo de vehículo y lugares para visitar, siempre atento a cualquier duda, estaba presente para ayudarme, sin duda mi estadía no hubiera sido la misma sin él.

Fabulous hotel, great room with a really nice shower. Rooms and bathroom were clean and plenty of room, WiFi was available in reception area, good enough for me to ring home on WhatsApp.breakfast was a good choice of buffet style, 5 minutes walk to the harbour.

On the plus side, this is a charming place with air-conditioning and very close to town. It does have some cats that wander around the gardens, but I love cats so that was ok. What I don't love is being woken after 3am each morning by the competing cockerels. A cock-a-doodle do at 6am sunrise I can just about cope with but these blighters had their own idea of what time constituted a wake up call. Really bad for a hotel whose main function is providing a nights sleep. Another thing I'm not fond of is cockroaches. Unfortunately, Easter Island is full of them (and they are giants) so I can't blame the hotel for having some visit my room. What I can object to though is having a dead one on the floor whilst having breakfast and the staff ignore it rather than clearing it away.

We really appreciated the pick up at the airport and beautiful flower necklaces. From our arriving Cony has been very nice, always smiling and helpful with us for anything we asked for. She booked our 3 greats tours, gave us many reference for restaurants, boutiques, cafés, etc. Thank you so much Cony !!! xxx The hotel is really well located like 5 mn from the harbour, restos and Moais around the city. A lots of flowers, gardens, chicken & roosters roaming there. The buffet place was clean and meals good but I missed some eggs. Our room was fine but the quality sleep was a bit bad with the roosters singing-yelling from 6 am, sometimes before. And then, all the rooster from the city are responding. Anyway.
