מלון מאד רועש, המון ילדים שנמצאים הרבה זמן היה רצוי חדר באגף שקט יותר אין חניה במלון עצמו למרות שיש בבנין חניון שאמרו לנו שהוא לעובדים. החניון שנתנו רחוק וצריך ללכת ממנו בגשם ובקור עם מזוודות למלון בלי שום עזרה מהצוות. ארוחת בוקר מוגשת בכלים חד פעמיים, מבחר מאד דל ולא ברמה המצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים

Sterile, sterile, sterile. Facilities are nice, place is clean, bed comfortable. Towels and bath supplies a bit second rate. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff -- lugged my own suitcases whole they just stood there and watched. No one smiled, no one said hello. Nothing special here.

Hotel clasificado como 5 estrellas pero con suerte debería ser 4 o 3, pedimos hielo y tienes que bajar por el hielo al bar y llevar una bolsa de plástico para llevártelo a la habitación. La limpieza del cuarto la hacen en 10 minutos y la basura la dejaron en el bote de basura durante 2 días.

We tried calling the front desk before our stay multiple times with no response. We had to park far from the hotel because there was no where to park by the hotel or a way to access the front of hotel by car just bring in our luggage. There were mosquitoes at night and we couldn’t sleep so we called the front desk at 3 am and they said they will send someone over.., which was a knock at 10 am… after a night of no sleep. We told front desk in the morning about our night they just shrugged it off.

Superior room was 12’-1” x 12’-5”. At least they billed it as such and told me I don’t know how to measure a room. From front desk to hotel manager, lies and excuses.

Terrible the staff was not friendly! The breakfast because of the sabbath and next Sunday was terrible nothing offered as the day before. All hot products are taken away only cold cuts and pastries are offered. The hotel needs to be refurbished!

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado , todo a pie o fácil de encontrar transporte . Todo muy limpio el staff todos muy amables

Hôte bien placé. Bon accueil. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement. Le troisième jour on m’a volé de ma salle de bains deux produits cosmétiques de grande marques. Cela n’a pas intéressé les personnes à l’accueil. Très bruyant. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Great location. Walkable to nearby shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the condition of the room and hallways. The bathroom was new and updated but the room had a dirty carpet and the coffee machine as well as mini fridge were dirty and stained. The carpets leading up to the room were filthy and it gave the hotel a very bad look.The windows which were facing the street were covered in a thick layer of dirt so you couldn't enjoy the view if there was any. For a deluxe room it was sadly tiny. The hotel needs to upgrade their furnishings and replace dirty and stained carpets gives the hotel a 2 star feel instead of the 5 star hotel it should be.
