When I was at check in and I gave the recipients my passport she told me it was not real and it was very disrespectful because I said please try it again and it worked. Plus I Was not so happy with the room at all, I was looking for a hotel that has a bathtub and when I got to my room there was no even though it says on the ********** page that it does have one There was no welcoming drink or anything in the room when we arrived The carpets were stained and so was part of the bedding which made us very uncomfortable.

The room was pleasant. The bathroom was clean. The staff was responsive to any needs. I would stay there again.

no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still empty..
