Cleanliness: the corridors smelled of cigarettes, the room smelled of pee. There was a lot of dampness in the walls, and the bathroom had moulds on it. But other than they did try and keep the room as clean as possible even with the dampness and mould
Location: right in the city centre, close to most places.
Service: probably not the best. We rang the door bell for 15 mins before someone let us into the hostel. We sat inside the waiting room for 45 mins without any one telling us where to go and no one was around. Then the receptionist came downstair and said no early check in, so we left and came back on time and again the room wasn’t ready on time so we waited again. But once we got the room, we avoided asking them any question as we just wanted a night to stay and leave as soon as possible
Amenities: the wifi was really poor. There was hardly any signal in the room. It was pretty much having no wifi. Also there was one plug socket in the room, which didn’t help as there was two of us. Also the room wasn’t straight, everything in the room was tiled, including walls, wardrobes, tables etc
Would we come here again, the answer is no. We paid the same amount for another hotel after this and got the best room and service. It was located near the galata towers

Чистый, хороший хостел с классным расположением (2-3 минуты до Истикляль). Есть кухня с посудой, где можно готовить. Чай/кофе круглосуточно. Из минусов: нет лифта, хорошая слышимость с улицы даже с закрытыми окнами.
1. Lack of Basic Amenities: The hotel did not provide WiFi, towels, soap, or hot water, even though these were included in the booking description. I was asked to pay extra to access these amenities. 2. Unhygienic and Poor Room Conditions: The room was extremely cold, dirty, moldy, and infested with spider webs, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. 3. Infested Bed: The bed was infested with insects and eggs, which was alarming and unhygienic. 4. Unjust Additional Charges: Upon checkout, I was charged an additional $40 for using internet, towels, and heating the room—services that were either expected to be included or not disclosed as extra costs. 5. Refusal to Provide Receipt: When I requested a receipt for the additional charges, the hotel refused, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of these charges.
