克利夫蘭獨立Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Cleveland Independence)

La limpieza es deficiente. La habitacion olia mal y el baño esraba sucio. La cortina con moho y el inodoro terrible. Hoy salimos en la madrugada, pero ayer a pesar que no llegaron a limpiar la habitacion, nos cambiaron las almohadas por unas con las que no pudimos dormir, muy incomodas.

Durante toda la estadía nunca limpiaron la habitación y estuvimos 8 días y yo pedí que la limpiaran pero nunca fueron

After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous. But our room was spotless and the area is quiet. Check in was fast and easy. The gym was convenient. They offer free breakfast. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep and chill after exploring all day I would recommend. It’s not too far from downtown or anything we did during our stay in Cleveland.

I really enjoyed my stay from check in to check out…. I definitely will recommend and stay again! Breakfast was also delicious 😋 thanks staff

We canceled this reservation as soon as we walked in. The hotel was dirty and run down. The first room had black mold in the shower along with stained rugs, the pleather was coming off the bar stools and the room was dirty. The second room had something all over the wall in the vanity area, the bar stools were in the same condition, the kitchen appliances were dirty along with the silverware. The other main issue was it was a two bedroom suite and it was on the second floor, we had handicapped people in our party and there were no elevators to access the unit only a steep set of stain which you had to walk and carry luggage up. So not handicapped accessible. The man at the desk was nice and canceled our reservation. This is definitely not up to Marriott standards. We’ve stayed at the Residence Inn at University Circuit and it is much nicer.

For the most part, the place was quiet. The last night we were there, there was a fair amount of screaming outside and a car alarm that kept going off throughout the night. That was frustrating and disturbing. But we were there for a week; I guess 6 peaceful nights out of 7 is pretty good.

We had to travel to Cleveland to visit a sick family member who ended up passing away during our stay. Grace, at the front desk, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful with help us make plans to return in a few days for the funeral. This was a difficult time for us and Grace really helped us out.

Service was great. However, the conditions of the rooms were not good. We were moved from one room because it was not clean and there was a rodent. The next room seemed clean, but worn down. The bed was very hard. The hot breakfast was not good. There were other cold options, thankfully. It was way overpriced for the condition and quality of the hotel.

I have found our go to hotel for when we travel to Cleveland for concerts. It is basically an old apt complex which will make it easier and less stressful for my pups when they travel with us. The room was clean, updated and spacious.
