沒有任何內部窗戶，但如果你從任何窗戶看到，實際上非常綠化，步行即可到達許多美食場所和附近的許多商店，而且BART（一種交通方式）就在附近，我真的很喜歡這個房間的一切，非常舒適，非常乾淨，每次這裡的客戶服務都很棒

Decent stay. I have no major complaints besides the toilet cover being broken and not being able to reach anyone at the front. Also, phone inside of room 406 does not work. Other than that, it was safe and secure and that was my main concern. Would stay here again. I give it 5/10 stars for affordability.

The staff was wonderfully helpful and very polite when I got there late at night from Glendale. I called to ask where their parking garage was, and the attendant told me it was the lot right next to the hotel. Once entering the lot, I noticed there was a bunch of broken glass everywhere, which would indicate car break-ins. I asked the attendant if there was a lot nearby that I could safely park my car since I was transporting valuable equipment for court. He was very helpful and apologetic, however, I would have chosen a different hotel had this situation been more transparent online. I paid an additional 45 dollars to park at another hotel as well as walked back fifteen minutes at midnight in an unfamiliar city. Again, great service by the staff, but an overall poor experience when you're tired and on a business trip. The hotel is wonderfully located near a lot of things, which is a shame.

I booked three rooms with one credit card. The breakfast was always the same and very poor. One day they did not clean my room and other day I had to sleep with a cockroach that was alive, when I call the front desk they said they did not have anyone to help me, but they would send a person next day, but it did not happen. But the must terrible thing happened to me with the person in charged of the frontdesk the last day. He was very insulting and rude. He even yelled at me because I did not undestand why they charged US$50 more to one room, during check out and not to the other. That was the most awful experience I had in any travel with a hotel. He said he did not care, I will not come back again. And when I said, that I will review him at *******, he got more angry and insulting. He does not have anger managent.

The room itself (a king suite) was clean, but when I got there the TV was on and blaring and the remote didn't work. The room was also very warm and that's when I found out the AC unit didn't work either. I had to call and ask three times for someone to fix it, and ultimately I had to leave my room for an appointment and they said they would have the repair guy come fix both issues while I was gone. Came back 8 hours later, they told me the repair guy never made it to my room. So I ended up having to just unplug the TV from the wall because I couldn't access the power button on the TV itself. I was also woken up at 4am when the dump trucks came and passed by to collect trash...zero sound buffer. Then in the morning I went to shower and found that there were no bath towels anywhere in the bathroom, so I had to use the few hand towels that were there. Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone. I got stuck with it because Dreamforce was happening and this was the cheapest (at over $300/night!) I could find...but I would much rather find a property farther away next time and deal with a longer drive over staying here again.

Нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации!!! И это в сетевом отеле в даунтауне крупного города! Пришлось стоять стучать и звонить в закрытые двери оплаченного отеля, а потом в два ночи искать себе другую гостиницу. Ужас!!!
