Staff are very approachable and friendly. The hotel needs more deep cleaning and some checking maintenance. Iloilo go hotel is my worst experience. Ive been traveling here and abroad. I knw staffs did thier best. They offer me to transfer to other rooms but when i checked the it's the same with what i originally checked in. So i decided to transfer to other hotel.

My friends and I had a great time at Go Hotels Iloilo. The hotel's location right next to Robinsons Place Iloilo was a huge plus, making it easy for us to grab food and shop. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, offering great value for a budget-friendly trip.

Maganda ang place malapit sa lahat sa mismong robinsons mall tlga cya, budget friendly parking meron rin kaso limited amenties yung Sarg n nila 3in1 shampooconditioner and bodywash na rin daw yun🤣

The hotel location is good near at the Mall and restaurants. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste is upon your request. My stay in the hotel is literally good.

Most of my travel i stay to Go Hotels. Just feel ok , comfortable in a way. I think they just missed on providing some toiletries like soap,shampoo , lotion just like otherhotel has. But overall, my stay is ok.. stiill would choose Go Hotels on ly next solo travels

My experience was as expressed in my ratings: Location 5/5 a very good place to start exploring Iloilo. Cleanliness: Not a problem here, Housekeeping activity is noticeable throughout the morning and afternoon and seems to be effective. IMHO, Service and amenities could be improved even given that this is meant to be a budget friendly hotel.

The room is okay but hindi gaanong malinis based sa experience namin. And the wifi (pls see photo speedtest) ok naman kaso nawawala ang wifi hindi siya consistent. May work ako online and their wifi is not so reliable dahil nawawala ang connection. Keep on calling the customer service and they keep on refreshing the connection naman. Overall, the rate is ok for a budget-friendly hotel.

I recently stayed at Go Hotels Iloilo, and overall, it was a decent experience. While the hotel itself is quite old, the staff did their best to make my stay comfortable. One notable issue was that my room didn't have a TV for the entire 4-day duration, but fortunately, the WiFi connection was strong and reliable. The hotel's location is definitely a plus, being situated just outside a mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Considering the budget-friendly rates, I might consider booking here again for future trips. However, I do hope the hotel invests in some renovations and upgrades, especially for their in-room amenities.
