酒店位置非常方便，而且可以步行至梅田。另外，溫泉的位置在酒店最高層，果然一覽大阪市的美景。可是，我和同行的家人都感到酒店安排旅客入住的樓層有分別。我要求和付錢入住的房間是高層位置，但最後被安排最代層。反而，大多的北美和歐洲遊客都會被安排入住最高的兩層，亞洲人就被編排着住低兩層。不知道是不是有所安排。希望酒店沒有歧視之嫌。
另外，他們要求旅客用電視回覆需不需要明天房間進行清潔。如果你晚了在電視機選擇，他們就不會幫你清潔房間。的確有點不方便。
The hotel’s location is very convenient, and it’s within walking distance to Umeda.
The hot spring is located on the top floor, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Osaka city — truly beautiful.
However, I noticed something a bit concerning about how guests were assigned to floors.
I had requested and paid for a room on a higher floor, but was instead given one on a much lower level.
Meanwhile, most of the guests who seemed to be from North America or Europe were staying on the top two floors, while most Asian guests appeared to be placed on the lower ones.
I’m not sure if this was intentional or just a coincidence, but I couldn’t help feeling uneasy about it.
I sincerely hope there was no discrimination involved in the room assignments.
Also, the hotel requires guests to confirm via the TV whether they want their room cleaned the next day.
If you make your selection too late at night, they won’t clean your room the following day — which I found a bit inconvenient.
ホテルの立地はとても便利で、梅田まで歩いて行くことができます。
また、温泉はホテルの最上階にあり、大阪市内の景色を一望できてとても素晴らしかったです。
ただ、宿泊階の割り当てについて少し気になる点がありました。
私は高層階の部屋を希望して追加料金も支払ったのですが、実際にはかなり低い階に案内されました。
一方で、北米やヨーロッパから来たと思われるお客様は、ほとんどが最上階の2フロアに宿泊していたように見えました。
アジア系の宿泊客は下の階に集中していた印象があり、意図的なものなのかは分かりませんが、少し気になりました。
ホテルには、どうか人種や国籍による差別がないことを願っています。
また、客室清掃に関しては、翌日の清掃が必要かどうかをテレビで回答する仕組みになっていました。
ただ、夜遅くにその設定をしようとすると、すでに受付時間が過ぎていて清掃をお願いできないことがあり、少し不便に感じました。
