I highly recommend the Mbano Manor Hotel. This small, boutique hotel stands out from the variable quality lodges and the overcrowded hotels you otherwise find in Victoria Falls. It’s well appointed, well staffed, and wonderful. I enjoyed a blissful three nights in a king deluxe room with a bed and breakfast rate. I should have gotten full board because the lunch and dinner options were delicious and generous as well. The rooms are gorgeous and you can beat the large and luxurious bathroom. I really have no complaints about this hotel. I even loved the nightly frog serenade. The owner and hotel designer Doc Mati really put her heart into this place and it shows.

My husband and I had finished a photo safari and wanted to add Victoria Falls to our trip. Our travel company booked Mbano Manor, so I had not looked up the hotel prior to arrival. To say I was blown away was an understatement. The staff is AMAZING. Everyone is kind and friendly. Service is top notch. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. I wasn't expecting five star level service and quality in Victoria Falls, but that is absolutely what this hotel delivers. It is a lovely little boutique hotel, with only 19 rooms, so you will not have a large fitness center or on site coffee shop, but my morning cappuccino looking out over the forest was so serene. The rooms are amazing, with large bathrooms and the most comfortable bed. Such a fantastic getaway for couples! The falls are legendary, but the hotel was probably my favorite part of the town!

Beautiful hotel with cozy rooms and fantastic restaurant. Employees were very attentive to our needs and facilitated any issues with tours companies on our behalf to keep our trip stress-free. Very relaxing and comfortable setting, the whole place was as pretty as the photos look. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, very clean and well maintained rooms.

My wife and I had a very poor experience here. We arrived and were immediately asked for full payment in a non-charming way. Dinner was very average with annoying insincere staff. The turn-bed-down service took place but they left our room completely unlocked with the doors fully open. Fortunately our valuables and computers were not stolen. We had stayed at the Victoria Falls Hotel and a luxurious game lodge, all beyond expectations. This hotel was expensive and bad value for money. I complained at the time which was ignored. I wrote to the manager who eventually offered a small discount on our next visit, I don't think so! Poorly trained staff, poor service poor magagement and poor after sales service, do not recommend !

Mbano was amazing and absolutely gorgeous! Upon arrival we had a personal check in with welcome tea and tour of the grounds. All the staff were gracious and welcoming during our stay. The room was over the top luxury from claw foot tub to rain shower to evening turn down of bedding with chocolate and elegant netting surrounding the bed. Service from food to booking tours to a ride into town was always impeccable . Thank you Mbano staff for making our anniversary celebration extraordinary!

My husband and I are visiting with friends from UK and the experience has been awesome. The staff at this hotel are polite and friendly. The a**osphere is very tranquil and the setting is quiet and peaceful. The villas are spacious and the enmities are well stocked. The surrounding feels like countryside and areas are very clean.

Mbano Manor is such a beautiful place! The personnel is very friendly and helpful! The food is really amazing! The service is awesome! The lodge is a very special place to spend time with your loved ones! The lodge is also very close to Victoria Falls.

Our family staying at the Mbano Manor Hotel on Chris**as Eve and night 2023. The property is lovely, private and peaceful and the staff are top notch. Our luggage was lost by the airport and the staff helped us to find some extra clothes on chris**as eve and worked to track down the bags too! We had a lovely Chris**as dinner prepared by the hotel along with some local chris**as night carolers. i would highly recommend the hotel for its lovely facility and wonderful hospitality and it is female owned!
