休斯頓 NASA 克利爾萊克萬豪唐普雷斯套房飯店的評論

酒店很棒，前台是個温柔的黑人大媽。電梯有點詭異，但房間很舒適，很大，像民宿一樣，都免費的咖啡，飲料，沙發很大，有個大廚房。離nasa休斯頓開車十分鐘不到！

I’m a regular stayer here and they never disappoint. Always very clean and friendly atmosphere

深夜3時AM（連日早朝7時くらいまで）に隣の部屋が音楽で煩くて2日間寝れずに睡眠不足で仕事も進まず、散々な出張となってしまった。 私は耐え切れず、騒音2回目の3時過ぎ、部屋に電話もなかったので、直接フロントへ行き、注意するようお願いしたが、フロントの女性は注意の電話を（隣へ）かけてくれたが、隣は「電話にでない。」とのこと。やむを得ず、直接部屋まで行って、注意してくれと再度フロント女性に依頼したところ、「小さい子供がいるので、直接隣の部屋まで注意に行けない。」と断られた。更になんとかしてくれ、と訴えたところ、「ウルサイのは私のせいではない。私では何もできないので、我慢してくれ。」とのこと。 深夜とは言え、ホテルのフロントとして子連れの従業員に対応させるのはやめてほしい。 また、朝6時開始の朝食も6時ちょうどに開始したのは一度もないと思われる。殆ど毎日遅れていた。仕事で早い私は食事はできず、コーヒーくらいしか飲めなかった。以前も利用したホテルだが、年々このホテルの質が悪くなっていると思う。

Room was terrible. Floor in bathroom and kitchen was coming apart. Couch dirty and arms all tore up. Bath tub fixtures broken and came off in our hands as we were trying to turn water off and on every time we bathed. Couch and office chair extremely uncomfortable . Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Dirty dishes with spaghetti on them in dishwasher when we checked in. We spent over 1,000.00 for this room and will not stay here again nor will I recommend it. Management is very poor at best. Big hole in front of office walkway for the 11 days we stayed there. Nothing at this place is up to Marriott standards.

I was disappointed to walk in to see really outdated furniture. The couch looked like it had cigarette burns in it and it and the chair next to it looked dirty and something I didn't want to sit on. I will say that the beds were comfortable and were clean so that was a plus. I did like all the TVs and that I could very simply log into my netflix account. I stayed in a suite and my daughter and her friend enjoyed having their own bedroom.

Look like someone had an adult fit in the living room dents everywhere. Not to mention when I walked In the bathroom the floor was peeling up and there was black mold growing on the ceiling. Not to mention the property reeked of ****. Booked 2 nights but only stayed one.

Our stay was really good. We had a small issue with one of the bedrooms not having a tv but we notified management and they immediately sent maintenance to bring one so we was very pleased. The staff was friendly and comforting. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was amazing. Just a great stay! We will return.

Room was clean except for the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Couch is very small and hard. Beds are comfortable and linens were very nice. Complimentary breakfast was good, but you have to eat it in a bowl. No plates used at breakfast. I would stay again despite minor problems. Suite was nice.

Lovely area. Very close to the NASA visitor centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Sadly pool was shut for our entire stay and that’s one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Great room and facilities. Just a shame that the wood flooring was so cracked that we had to keep our shoes on in case we cut our feet.

Por el precio está muy bien, solo que no tiene desayuno incluido a pesar de que en el anuncio de xpedia indica que sí. La calefacción no funcionaba, lo bueno que no hizo tanto frio.

I liked the two bedroom option we choose. Overall I believe the property could have been a nice stay with some improvements. I could not get anyone to answer the phone Friday after trying 32 times. The beds were VERY hard, the pool was closed with no notification until we arrived, and the AC was not working properly. It did not cool down to a reasonable temp until after night and as soon as the sun came up it started warming up again. Evening staff said she would look at it but when asked if she knew how to work on it she said no, guess an "E" for effort. It would be Monday before anyone could look at it which was after my stay. Glad we brought fans. When I followed up with Morning staff upon checkout it was not even noted that my AC was not working. Had to skip breakfast on Sunday since coffee, waffle mix, & eggs were out, I quite looking after that. Seemed like only one guy trying to keep the whole breakfast going with a full house.

Room was about the cheapest in the area at the time with free breakfast. Room was huge and had an actual little kitchen full of dishes, for cooking and eating. There was tons of space for storage. Was like a studio apartment, so would be PERFECT for those looking for an extended stay

Run down old hotel. Had to sleep in my close because the hotel felt so dirty. Will never stay at this hotel ever again. Pool water is clean but pool walls are gross

I loved how clean and nice the room was. Parking was easy. The breakfast was wonderful. We felt spoiled here compared to some of our other stays during our trip. 10/10.
