This hotel is located at walkable distance from Neil Dutch Village, We stayed here for night during Tulip festival. Convenient to reach all tourist attraction in Holland. Little expensive but I think it was due to tulip festival and many tourist were visiting Holland. Rooms were clean and breakfast was included in our stay. Overall good option to stay.

With a reservation we were initially turned away because they had no rooms clean because ALL their cleaning staff had quit that day!! The pool and hottub broken, breakfast was horrid!! Staff was so nice and apologetic. These are young kids running your dirty property! Carpet filthy, room beatup and out dated. Very sad property!!

Nice stay. Plenty of space, strong shower, good TV and Wi-Fi, comfy bed. Quiet room.

Sheets and pillowcases were scratchy, not smooth. Bathroom sink had a big crack in it. There was a large group of parents with young children there fora tournament and those kids left popcorn,drinks, and pizza everywhere. Running down the halls and screaming, while the parents were in the lobby. Not the hotels fault for bad parenting.

It was very loud with cars driving by till about midnight. Nothing they can do about that unless planning on new windows. The heating unit was also very loud. The staff members at the front desk were pleasant.

Forgot my toothbrush, didn’t have any available. Bare minimum on the bathroom amenities. No makeup remover which seem staple at most hotels I stay at. Guy at check in desk was helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is really clean and in very good conditions, the beds are comfortable and very clean. The person that was in the night we arrive (I think his name was David), he gave us a great service. Thank you.

The breakfast was great! There was an assortment of foods to choose from that accommodated most travelers. I appreciated the vegan sausage and the egg, cheese omelets. The attendant keep the breakfast area neat, clean, and well stocked. What I did not like about my room was its size. It was too small for wheelchair access. I even asked for reasonable accommodations, but the room provided was not sufficient.

When we arrived at our room it seemed clean enough, but we discovered our wash rags had huge holes in the center and the tissue box was empty. We expected better. The maid also neglected to wipe the bathroom sink. Not too much to ask. Our main complaint was with the maid service. Also, the supply room/kitchen area can be seen from the dining area and appeared very dirty; especially the floors under the equipment. The hot items were terrible and flavorless. Unrecognizable sausage and runny eggs. On the up-side, the staff was very efficient, friendly and responsive.

Large spot lights shine into rooms facing the front. Pool didn’t appear clean enough to want to swim. Breakfast was good.

I am a bit disappointed in a couple of the people at the front desk. One woman who was pregnant, seemed really angry. I felt bad because I didn’t know if maybe she didn’t feel good. But she’s in a customer service position and was not friendly at all. I was disappointed. The manager was great. The cleaning lady was great. The people serving breakfast we’re getting breakfast ready were very friendly. For the most part it was a good day. I like the hotel.

Acceptable location. Swimming pool is a lot smaller than what it looks in the picture. Carpet around the hotel and in the bedrooms were quite dirty. Some parts of the floor in the bedroom were squeaky. Bathroom was clean but had no hair dryer. In general not good price-quality ratio.

Breakfast had a lot of options and plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.
