Very disappointed that the pool was out of service. I know things happen but we booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub for the kids to swim. Extremely upset that it was not working and the hotel desk clerk seemed to not care at all. There should be some sort of compensation given beings jor all the amenities were available

It’s an average 3 star hotel. If you don’t care about location then you’ll be ok. It didn’t matter because you couldn’t even open the blind in my room, which would show you the backside of a large ***** mall. How does a room go from $130 when you book to $160 when you check in.
Tax’s and Fees they said. Not even a water bottle any more.
Clean and very great friendly staff and they put out a motel breakfast.
In my head, that’s an $80 hotel.

Bed and Pillows were actually comfortable. Bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.

Check in was a breeze. The hotel was updated and clean. Great breakfast which included gluten free options and also almond milk for those with dietary restrictions. The beds were comfortable and had both firm or soft pillow options. The room was a very comfortable size also.

They were having a pool party for kids... but once in our room we didnt hear a thing. Blinds were heavy and didnt let in any light at all. We were on the 3rd floor.
Breakfast was.decent, but not extraordinary.

Wonderful stay, clean and comfortable! We were able to check in early which I appreciate so much after a long day with 4 kids who need to get their energy out in the pool, so that was helpful!

Always a nice clean simple hotel. Its exactly what you would expect from a hotel every single time we have stayed there. Which is perfect.

I honestly was impressed by everything about it. Front desk staff was likeable and friendly, the rooms were spotless and the breakfast was high quality. Hot tub could have been cleaner but, it wasn't terrible. Pizza Ranch, Target and Albertsons are all a block a way.
