On arrival at the hotel, I was made to feel unwelcome. I was dropped off by a taxi cab, there was no parking available and an attendant was immediately ordering the taxi to move away. I have a spinal disability and walk with the aid of a crutch. I was standing at the entrance with my bags for 15 minutes while hotel staff walked past as if I was invisible. I finally managed to catch the attention of one staff member, who got someone to help with my bags. This experience marred the whole experience. Being in a group of rural and urban poor women also saw us getting unsatisfactory service during the stay.

Superb hotel in tranquil setting. Perfect setting and luxurious comfort. Ideal for business meetings and many hide away zones for privacy. Comfortable and spacious rooms with professional and friendly staff to complete the excellent experience. Thank you team Bronte.

早餐很好，位置優越，服務態度、質量高，安全、安靜，大廳服務熱情周到細緻入微。客房衛生掃除及時，清潔徹底，衛生間清潔乾淨。

A lovely boutique hotel in Harare. Room was quite big and bed was comfy with soft pillows. Plenty of sockets for electrical appliances. Good areas for socialising both indoors and outside, there is a pool and a bar also. Hayley and her staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating with regards to our party's needs. A good breakfast is provided and dinner is also available if required. Had a very pleasant stay.

沒有早餐，比較麻煩，吃飯的話需要走10分鐘左右，有漢堡類和披薩類的商店可以選擇。哈拉雷住宿不低，這間價格算比較低的，後面是一個公園。

Very safe place, safety was my priority! Very clean place friendly polite staff. Am reading others reviews and it seems same issues have been raised, please put a toilet brush in the toilet? Bathroom is not on a good sport! No light. But these are not essential. Above all, a very recommended place to stay! Very close to town and shopping malls and places you can buy food and other basics. Clean bedding comfortable bed. I loved this place. Thanks

酒店環境一般，周圍環境一般，在市中心，人很多，外麪治安也不好，住酒店的人最好沒事不要外出。
