I made a booking on their website for $30 only to be told the pricing does not work it's $60 on asking why they put $30 the receptionist just ignored me like l was not there.. They forgot l had booked a taxi to get there

Great service. The staff are always helpful. I feel valued and special because the staff go over and beyond to ensure I have a comfortable stay. I keep coming back coz I feel at home when am at CRESTA JAMESON HOTEL....PARK STREET.

I was staying on the third flow room 312.The room was so fine but there were some noise coming from car movements downstairs. I suggest the rooms to be so quiet. I advise the maintenance department to be so quick in attending, I call them for assistance, and they took more than an hour to attend me of which l was already sleeping. It was so irritating somebody coming to knock the door whilst you are sleeping around 10 p.m. think you should add more team for maintenance.

I overally enjoed my stay, It was very peaceful as I was very busy. I would like the hotel to consider opening a snacks or cheaper meals to cater for us guests who are not keen to move in and out of the hotel in the evening to find food. Otherwise, keep up the good work and hospitality. My room was great and always clean. Try however, to attend to carpets in terms of removal or keeping them very clean both in the rooms and passages.

Stayed here for one night between flights, and it did the job. Staff very nice and helpful. The central location allowed for a Sunday morning stroll in Harare Gardens and surrounds. Area is a bit tatty, but felt safe. Booked bed only and skipped breakfast which seemed overpriced.
