We are sorry that the quality of your stay at VATC SleepPod didnt meet your expectation. All the unpleasantness you have experienced does not reflect the service we wish to offer. As you know the sleep pods are located in the public area of Noi Bai International Airport. There is always some general back ground noise around. The time you stayed with us the airport was under going a renovation programme. We believe the noise of drilling, welding and chiselling machines affected your sleep which was outside of our control but we are so sorry for it.We organized a review of your concern with our staffs. Your feedback has been also shared with VATC SleepPod Team as well as Quality Control Department of Noi Bai International Airport. We ensure that the points raised are dealt with and the noise problem will be fixed very soon.Please accept our sincere apologies for the unfortunate experience you had with this matter at VATC SleepPod.
