The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the room we stayed in was fine however I can't give it a full score due to the lack of an in room fridge. I inquired about this and was told only the suites have a fridge. This is a pity because customers pay good money for a nice hotel and expect basic comforts. I don't buy the line about it being for the environment, more likely a cost saving. If it was about the environment they could just turn the fridge off and let the customers decide. Apart from that everything was fine except there's no wine glasses in the rooms. Even an Ibis will have wine glasses.

The Reichshof Hotel offers a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, handling our check-in swiftly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the beautiful Art Deco building is a standout. 住宿地點靠近車站，交通極為便利。尤其方便前往市中心等各景點。總的來說，我的住宿體驗舒適滿意。住宿環境也舒適安全，讓我倍感安心。如果我下次再來，我會毫不猶豫地選擇這裡。

酒店就在火車站的對面，非常近。酒店大堂還不錯，裝修也還行，早餐也比較豐富。酒店旁邊餐廳很多，中餐館也很多。

晚上到酒店但酒店門口關了敲門等着前台來開門進去！我們訂房含早餐但前台説沒有給他看中文英文德文資料後他確認我們訂包含早餐！房間裏沒有拖鞋沒有刷牙沒有冰箱什麼都沒有！ 餐廳沒位置坐！很多人！ 反正除了定位位置好沒其他的好處！ 其實位置很好比較近地鐵站和公共汽車站還很久漢堡中央站！

위치가 좋고 방도 깨끗하고 아늑해서 편안하게 쉬었습니다. 뷰는 기대만큼 특별하진 않았지만 전체적으로 만족했고, 다음에도 다시 오고 싶네요

飯店地點非常方便，就在漢堡火車站斜對面，房間設備還有改善空間，不過服務中心態度非常親切熱情，會主動協助處理問題！

大堂富麗堂皇

地理位置十分優越，火車站的對面，如同隔岸觀火，酒店這邊鬧中取靜，安全。很有歷史感的老錢風，住客有不少上了年紀的歐洲人，可能是來尋找當年的感覺的吧。房子乾淨整潔，樓下有各種美食。公交線路豐富。有中餐館，照片上顯示姚明朗朗等名人曾經光顧。

The perfect location in Hamburg for your stay. An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling. Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. WiFi is excellent. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg.

可能因為衹住一晚，也可能攜程價格低，或許晚上7點鐘到的～，給的房間2層挨着空調機，開窗噪音很大，不開窗很悶，見照片，因為太累了懶得折騰就算了沒有要求換房。老式酒店服務沒的説，但是攜程寫着含浴缸，房間照片也沒有，實際也沒有浴缸的
