Centro Hotel City Gate

Die Lage war super, das Hotel scheinbar frisch renoviert. Schönes, ansprechendes Zimmer. Leider etwas laut auch in der Nacht. Die Gegend ist nicht unbedingt eine, in der man sich super sicher fühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

For this budget, the hotel was perfectly reasonable. Nice breakfast buffet. Very clean. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Helpful reception staff. Area is very vibrant and just a short stroll to the wonderful bars and restaurants of St Georg. It’s worth taking the quieter back streets when walking to and from the station as the main road can fee a little intimidating. If you’re on a budget and enjoy a vibrant night life, then this is a great choice.

+ Vriendelijke medewerksters. Centrale ligging. Vele eetgelegenheden in buurt. Onze ruime propere kamer404 was aan de achterzijde waardoor weinig lawaai. Kleine Lift tot 4de verdiep. Goed bed. Badkamer met douche (gordijn). Goed ontbijt. Ruimte voor bijhouden Bagage. - beperkte verlichting In kamer en vooral badkamer. Brede draaitrap naar ontbijtruimte 5de verdiep. Geen kamer beschikbaar bij aankomst om 10.30u. Terugkomen na 14u....

Derubati in camera, il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo. Nessuno ha controllato la videosorveglianza per aiutarci. Il ragazzo della reception non controlla l'identità degli ospiti: se gli chiedete un qualsiasi numero di chiave ve la darà, senza controllare. Gravissimo. Inoltre la zona è malfamata, strapiena di spacciatori. Ad un certo orario non si può più uscire. Abbiamo fatto denuncia alla polizia. Tuttavia il direttore non si è assunto alcuna responsabilità scaricando la responsabilità sull'assicurazione. Non è vero che c'è una cassetta di sicurezza alla reception altrimenti ci sarebbe stato detto al nostro arrivo. Camere sporche e ammuffite.

L'hotel è davvero negativo. Moquette sempre umida, mancanza di aria condizionata, non c'è il mini frigo in camera. La doccia ha una tendina maleodorante che si appiccica al corpo mentre ti lavi é non è facile lavarsi in questo modo. Il quartiere è rumoroso e malfamato. Il secondo giorno che eravamo in albergo hanno rubato dalla camera un'importante somma di denaro in contanti che servivano per la nostra vacanza. L'hotel ha declinato ogni sua responsabilità, nonostante alla reception non tutti i dipendenti controllano l'identità di chi ha le chiavi della stanza e in questo modo ognuno può tranquillamente entrare in altre stanze. L'ultimo giorno il lavandino del bagno era bloccato e nonostante i reclami mai nessuno é venuto a controllare il problema anche perché uno dei receptionist non capisce l'inglese. Mai vissuta una esperienza così negativa!!!!
