房間夠大，生活設備齊全。社區安靜，開車5分鐘內，吃飯的地方不少。儘量要早點入住，下午過了四點，接待處就要下班了。不然人家就要加班等你…

The apar**ent was surprisingly spacious, seemingly a virtue of its era. It was pleasantly spartan, and had everything we needed at an excellent price. It is in close walking distance to Kingston, which has great cafes and other shops. A top spot from which to explore the inner south on foot. Communication from the manager was easy going.

Great location, great facilities, and we were well looked after.
The only challenge was due to previous occupants who had cooked very aromatic dinners in the apar**ent (or what appeared to be in the stairwell), leaving powerful aroma throughout the apar**ent, making it hard to relax in the apar**ent.

The unit was large and spacious which was fantastic. Lots of warm blankets. The unit was clean and tidy.
Was great to find a laundry however the washing machine didn’t wash our clothes properly. We also found the bathroom floor to be very slippery.
Our stay was good, was great to use as a base and explore Canberra.

Property is very good for family stays. Rooms are huge, a bit outdated but still functional. Parking does not seem to be enough but did not have a problem
