Holiday Inn 薩德伯裡(Holiday Inn Sudbury)

Stayed in a room near an ice machine. The machine was used throughout the night was extremely loud, as were the doors of neighbouring rooms. Curtains didn’t close completely and sunlight woke us in the morning. Breakfast buffet was poorly stocked and messy. These little details make a difference when sleep is of value. The hotel was average in every other way.

The food manager was being completely rude to his employee, yelling at her in the dining room. I said to him that he should do that where customers can’t see and learn to talk to staff better. He then started in on me saying some very unprofessional things in front of my children. The front desk staff were very pompous to everyone

When I arrived I could not get my room until 3 pm. I arrived in the late morning. I am sure I am not the only one that wants to freshen up or relax and then start the day after travelling. But they told me my room not ready and they were short cleaners. That is not my problem but theirs. If I was to stay a few days I would pay the price of the room and have it for 24 hours then why do I pay the same price for this room only for 20 hours til I have to check out? Terrible and ridiculous. Rip off!

I was disappointed with the pool area. The pool was not clean, chunks of the cement in the pool were falling off and I had to clean the pool three times as there was poo at the bottom and was there for quite some time! Better care and maintenance would be appreciated. Health and safety officer would shut this pool down!

We loved our stay. Because we had a pet, we had a massive room on the main floor that was close to the pool. We had our son with us so it was very convenient to go swimming and walk back to the room. Staff in the dinning area, cleaning staff and front desk were impressively friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, very clean, pool was clean and stocked with towels. Great place for families

We didn’t have room service come back to clean our room(stayed 2 nights) because we hadn’t left yet when she came to do a clean. I was hoping she would have come back to refresh towels and coffee. The hotel was decent, wasn't the worst and wasn’t the best we have stayed at.

We had a very nice time IHG Hotel. It’s quite the room was amazing the jetted tub. But we didn’t like getting to our room and the door was open when we first got there and shower doors where just sitting in the shower.
