The staff at this hotel are extremely rude and disrespectful. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for the hotel transportation to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived, we waited outside of the airport for over an hour, only to find out that the driver left us. When we called the hotel to figure out what was going on, they said it was our fault that we missed the ride and refused to re arrange transportation for us. We ended up over paying for a taxi to take us to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by an extremely rude staff person who was hostile with us from the beginning of our encounter with him. We expressed our disappointment with the airport pick up and instead of apologizing to us, he blamed us and told us there was no longer any rooms available at the hotel for us, despite him attempting to check us in. He began yelling and berating us in front of other customers. We felt extremely uncomfortable and no longer safe staying there, so we left and contacted Agoda (the company we booked through) to help us book a different hotel. They said there was nothing they could do on our end because the hotel refused to cancel our reservation, which made absolutely no sense because we were told by the staff person that there was no room for us. We told Agoda to go ahead and just cancel it and that we would book another hotel ourselves, which we did. Now, three days later, we received a notification from our bank that Nessa Cave Hotel charged us when we never even stayed there. This is the most horrific experience I have ever had at any hotel. I would not recommend that anyone stay there.

Despite initial apprehensions fueled by negative Google reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience we had during our stay. Booking two rooms for our group of four adults and two children, we were relieved to find that the rooms were clean and matched the images provided on the website. The in-room amenities, including a kettle, fridge, toiletries, and a hairdryer, added convenience to our stay and ensured our comfort throughout. Upon our late-night arrival at around 10 pm, Noman warmly welcomed us and took great care in facilitating a smooth check-in process. He provided us with all the necessary information about the property, ensuring that we felt well-informed and at ease. Nessa Cave Hotel, although small with only nine rooms, boasts a charming terrace area. One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to the enchanting sight of hot air balloons gliding gracefully above the hotel in the morning. Capturing some fantastic pictures added an extra touch of magic to our experience. We greatly appreciated the owner's flexibility and helpfulness when we needed to make last-minute changes to our booking. Their willingness to accommodate our rescheduling needs demonstrated a high level of customer service and ensured a hassle-free experience for us. In terms of dining options, we were pleased to discover a variety of restaurants, including an Indian restaurant, within walking distance of the hotel. This made it convenient for us to explore different culinary delights without venturing too far. While the rooms lacked air conditioning or fans, we were fortunate that the weather during our stay was pleasant, alleviating any concerns about the absence of cooling amenities. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, provided us with vegetarian options such as breads, cheese, fresh fruits, tea, coffee, juices, and cornflakes. Although the selection may not have been extensive, it was sufficient to satisfy our needs and start the day on a satisfactory note. In conclusion, our experience at Nessa Cave Hotel was far better than we anticipated, considering the negative reviews we came across prior to our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms, the attentive service provided by Noman, the picturesque hot air balloon views, and the proximity to various dining options made our stay a pleasant one. We would certainly recommend Nessa Cave Hotel to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay amidst the scenic surroundings. Don't let the negative Google reviews deter you; our experience proved them wrong.

Great envirnoment. Freindly staff Beautiful terrace And carpet gallery is most attractive to me so i give 4 out of 5. But they need some work on elctectricity And some time the heater was not working. But i was so happy in the hotel For 2 days. .. Thanks.

The hotel is very close to to down town and hotel is clean and calm .the hotel manager Rehmatullah is very nice host I have ever seen.they arranged all activities also balloon in low price.we stay here for two nights with family.the terrace view is awesome.
