Shocking service no one mans the hotel need codes for the doors to get in the hotel n rooms,which i did not get ,phoned number on window a girl answred said she would call back n didnt have to call again got a man this time did get code after a mess around said i book on a scam site which is your site. Room was small sheets dirty locks on door not safe..

Felt unsafe...slept with wallet under pillows. Poor standard furnishings. Absent host (access by keycode; diy breakfast). Hot drink facilities / cleanliness were positives, however I'll not be returning anytime soon.

What can I say that convey to you how poor this facility was. I paid £178 for 2 nights in a room that would have been small for a neonate. The bed was the worst I’ve slept in. Narrow, creaky and cheap. Mattress and pillows flat. Curtains thin. Kettle didn’t work. No soap in the shower dispenser. Shower filthy with black mould. Hot tap in the basin was not properly affixed to the bowl. I had to squeeze past the table to get to the basin which was in the bedroom and not the bathroom. I biscuit available. No room to put your case. Sound proofing non existent. Oh and the sliding door to the bathroom was not fixed at the bottom. Now, moving on to the catering facilities. The dining areas were cold. There was no crockery or cutlery or rather insufficient as one had to wash up previous residents items in order to have a bowl and a plate. I never did find a spoon to eat my cereal, just a teaspoon that I managed to find. Cheapest bread and spreads, coffee and tea imaginable. All in all shoddy in the extreme. This would have been an easier pill to swallow if the pricing had reflected the actual experience on offer, if it had it would have been about £40 for both nights. One notch up from camping. So, any good points? Yes. Others in my party had better rooms and one person had a room that actually looked good! The location is good and the fact that there was good parking in the vicinity was a boon. So, avoid room 102 if at all possible.

Close to where i wanted to be, easy walk to shops, Unfortunately there was an Earky Start withthe DIY Maintanance man...8am, which was the down side of the prpoerty.

Not a great stay I’m afraid. The shower still retained hair from previous booking and the bed was very uncomfortable. Most disappointing of all was the fact that I made several attempts to contact the hotel/duty manager to try to move rooms and despite calling/emailing the property I have not received any correspondence or reply. I know it was relatively cheap but I would still expect to be comfortable and experience a positive customer service interaction. I didn’t achieve either.

A great central location near a nice park. Very quiet at night. Everything you would need. I highly recommend this

Had an overnight stay to catch up with friends in the area. Whilst the room was great, the absence of breakfast impacted badly on my stay. A wonderful dining area was spoilt by the lack of food for breakfast. There was just about enough milk to make a cup of tea. Plenty of cereal around but no milk. No bread for toast but you have to admire the redundant toaster as it has ornamental value. Suppose it saves on hiring someone to clean up!! Had to buy breakfast on my way home which was an unexpected and disappointing surcharge, which took the gloss off my stay. Lesson learnt.

The property was quite lovely and quiet. It would have benefitted better with a microwave and undercounter fridge.

If you want a cheap budget bnb in a very dodgy area that smells of damp and is very run down then this is the place for you. I stayed in the basement room which was very small and absolutely stunk of damp. Shower cubicle had all damp around silicone. Trims and fixing coming away from the walls. Felt very dirty when I left this bnb as didn’t wasn’t to have a shower because of the damp/mould. Steet that the bnb is in is very run down. Only stayed because we had been out drinking all day at the football so didn’t really see how bad it was until the morning when I woke up. I wouldn’t have stayed otherwise. Can’t comment on the breakfast as didn’t eat it and got out asap in the morning and went for breakfast up the road at the beefeater. Yes it’s very cheap. £65 for the night but come on clean it up etc it’s not nice.

Although not staffed, access worked well. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only negative was the breakfast which was very basic and no one responded to a request for more supplies.

Not fit for families, very bad atmosphere entering road'broken front porch windows on most houses, the whole street of houses look like there hmos, (multiple bedsits) wasn't happy to leave car across the road. They state' walls are sound proof, this is not the case so this is false advertising. Next door rooms and above ceilings can here every movement from our room 103 - I.e walking/talking/flushing of toilets.our sink taps not fully secured to the basin. Plug socket with live wires connected to some form of bare broken electrical board still in place, . Breakfast is open used milks and breakfast cereals in tubaware containers not hygienic as not sealed packets, some yogurts , (see attached pics ) felt that this place was unsafe. We have not stayed the night due to these reasons. We have booked ourselves into travellodge where we have been informed in a undesirable area.Also place smelt of ********.. look at official crime rate online for this street then make your own mind up...

The coded door locks makes check in and out so easy and I wish all placed did it like this. Room price was reasonable and very easy to book. Managed to get one of the parking spaces right outside. Room was very clean and had all I needed. Loved the kitchen area with things you can help yourself to at anytime, again wish all places did this.
