BUGS! After checking into our room I noticed a roach crawling on the desk as soon as we entered. We called down to front desk and requested another room. After relocating to another room there were crumbs and food all over the flood in various areas. Disgusting. We tried calling down to the front desk to report the condition of the room but the phone was broken. We left promptly and got a full refund. Tatiyana at the front desk was amazing and helpful with the refund process. Service was great, rooms were dirty.

The hotel is not bad, it just ok. It served it purpose. I had to change rooms because the first room the toilet wasn't working and the bed didn't look clean. Luckily I was able to get another room. This room was a bit better, it was clean and the toilet worked, but the hot water in the shower didn't get that hot. It was a cool lukewarm. So I did a very quick shower and it wasn't comfortable. I did tell the front desk when I checked out, she seemed apologetic for the water issue. Bed was comfy and clean and the breakfast was decent, I wish it had hot tea as option. Not everybody drinks coffee or hot chocolate.

Very friendly people, and a pretty clean room and comfortable bed. It's a great hotel to spend a night in here.

Great suite for the price. Bad pillows, really need replaced. Pool area was closed which was disappointing but overall good stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were passing through the area via I-95. It was located in a convenient spot, surrounded by local shop[s and restaurants. Although the hotel itself was showing some wear and the breakfast food was mediocre, in general, this hotel was a good place to stay. In particular, the staff was very friendly, helpful and cheery.

Pool was down, no hot water, bathroom was dirty, door knobs and sink faucets very loose, toilet clogged before we got there. The staff were very nice.

This hotel is in need of a major renovation, furniture is worn out, rooms are well worn, lights don’t work in the rooms, pool is broken, definitely not up to Marriott standards.

Everything was fine and acceptable except for the closet, the door was broken and the low profile toilets are very hard for older/larger guests to use. It can be considered embarrassing overall.

The room was minimally cleaned, found tash from prior occupants under bed. Broken items included: door lock, closet door, desk chair, toilet flush handle, and refrigerator. Bubbled wallpaper in bathroom. Would never recommend, there are many better options. I did approach the front desk about this who seemed pretty meh about, offered to credit me bonvoy points which I'm not a member of. Rm 216 for reference.
