These quaint apartments are all about location location . A minute away from the cathedral and in walking distance of all the main attractions . There Was also a lovely roof terrace with views of thr cathedral and lovely ambient bar. Florence is a beautiful city but it involves lots of walking and stair climbing . The Italian pavements are very hard underfoot so be prepared with good footwear . Don’t miss the sunset from Michael angelo square . It is advisable to get a cab as it’s a long walk up and is relatively cheap . We paid 10 euros from the bridge . The walk down is fairly pleasant and easy . There is a nice bar with live music to add to the beauty . Many had taken their own beer and wine to watch the sunset in the steps . Get there an hour before sunset to secure your spot as it’s very popular .

Localização incrível, mas foi a única vantagem. Não tem recepção e não te enviam as informações de check in com antecedência, então chegamos e não sabíamos para onde ir dentro do prédio, tivemos que ligar para eles e fazer o check in online, sendo que o sinal dentro do prédio tb estava horrível. Enfim, estresse já no começo. Guardamos as malas em um armário com senha que não funcionava, então quase perdemos um passeio tentando abrir para pegar a mochila. Quarto muito velho, com cabeceira de tecido extremamente empoeirada, cortinas idem. Box do banheiro não veda bem, então molha o banheiro inteiro. Não recomendo

Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 in una camera pulita affacciata sul duomo (il che significa posizione perfetta). Ci è stato permesso di fare un checkin anticipato e veloce tramite codici. In stanza abbiamo trovato snack e bevande offerte ed in bagno il set cortesia. Il design delle camere e di questa struttura anche se piccola è moderno e giovanile. Hanno anche un deposito bagagli. Super consigliato

Fantastic location as so close to everything but the downside of that is that rooms on the front are loud even with the windows closed , you can hear music from the bar downstairs and the traffic on the street, earplugs to sleep are kindly provided but they are needed ! Lovely room and little touches appreciated in the fridge.

Excellent experience and neat concept executed fantastically. Everything was self managed and digital with life support that responds quickly and efficiently. Especially appreciate the traveler friendly aspect of the hotel, eg hold luggage lockers, small amenities snacks and water etc. location is another great point, it’s very centrally located - literally across the duomo and in the middle of all the walkable tourist areas.

The location of the property is excellent. Bathroom is very new and shower is great. Only mentioning is due to lack of front desk receptionist, we are stressed with getting a taxi to airport to catch a very early morning flight. We were only sent a link to order taxi on the last day before check out and the link didn't work for us. Would be nice to have a real person service to ensure a taxi is being reserved under this circumstance. We end up walking and hauling luggage to nearby train station's taxi station and was luck to catch a taxi during walking.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The room was very clean and though everything is self-service, I had a number of questions prior and during our stay and they were extremely responsive (via WhatsApp). You can get clean towels, more toilet paper, and an iron anytime you want and you CAN’T beat the location! Overall, would recommend highly.

Ive stayed with Numa before in Berlin a couple times and enjoyed my stay there. This Florence room was pretty average in comparison. Not much in the way of decor, only one small bottle of dri king water, not really a suite as there was no lounge area. Just a bathroom sized kitchenette. Was supposed to have pullout sofa but only had two fold out chairs to sleep on separately. confortable mattress on them though. Linens and pillows and comfortors were we excellent. Toiletries were not. Checkin support was excellent. Original directions were not. Restaurant was very good! Its on a large terrace with views and has a fantastically prepared menu. But as th we restaurant is not part of the listing they dont get credit for that .

This property is in the heart of Florence and a perfect place to explore the city on foot. I didn’t even worry when I needed rest in my room as the views from my room were stunning and I could see the Duomo. Leaving the window open felt like being in the city still. The amenities were great and shower good. The walls are thin as in many old places so courtesy is all that is needed. The Terrazza is excellent for breakfast and dinner!

Se state cercando una camera in centro a Firenze, questa è il punto ideale. Situata a pochi passi dal duomo di Firenze potete godere di tutto ciò che offre questa fantastica città, come visitare il duomo, il ponte vecchio ed altre attrazioni semplicemente andando a piedi e senza il bisogno dell'auto o il taxi. Per quanto riguarda la camera, pulizia top e gestione di apertura e chiusura di tutte le porte sia di ingresso della camera che per quanto riguarda l'accesso alla stanza con un semplice codice pin che vi viene fornito il giorno del check in. Per quanta riguarda l'insonorizzazione della stanza sentirete di tutto, persone che entrano ed escono e rumori esterni, purtroppo su questo però non è stato un grande problema per noi perché vi vengono forniti nella stanza dei semplici tappi per le orecchie per dormire senza sentire il minimo rumore. Non ci sarò nessun personale ad accogliervi all'arrivo ma ci sarà sempre qualcuno tramite whatsapp che vi assisterà per qualsiasi problema possa capitare. Nella stanza troverete delle semplici istruzioni per ogni cosa, una mappa della città e alcuni consigli dove fare colazione o mangiare. Per noi è stata una bellissima esperienza e consiglio questa soluzione per chi vuole stare in centro e godere di tutta Firenze.

Hemos estado la semana pasada alojados en Numa Rodó y decir que la ubicación es perfecta, justo a escasos metros del Duomo, en una calle peatonal que al otro lado de la calle está la piaza de la señoria. Nuestra habitación era una triple con vistas a la catedral. La habitación era de buen tamaño, con una decoración bonita, limpia, cama cómoda y baño nuevo y hasta con secatoallas, también tiene un mini bar que por cierto agradecemos que tuvieran un detalle de bienvenida, pero lo que más nos gustó fue que estuvieran el detalle de tener encendida la calefacción cuando llegamos porque hacía mucho frío. Si vuelvo a Florencia, seguro que nos alojaremos allí otra vez y buscarémos Numa en otras ciudades que visitemos. Gracias

No cuentan con AC, solo te proporcionan un abanico pequeño que no se da abasto. En mi caso la caja de seguridad no funcionaba y en general la habitación olía a orines

Posizione eccellente, camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa nonostante la posizione centrale. Pensavo che la mancanza di personale all'interno dell'hotel fosse "un difetto", ed invece attraverso whatsApp i proprietari sono completamente a disposizione. Comodissimi gli armadietti per poter lasciare le valigie sia durante il giorno di arrivo che quello di partenza.

La ubicación fue espectacular, todo muy limpio y excelente idea de tener lockers para maletas. Solo deben tener cuidado con la ducha ya que está mal instalado el azulejo y el agua pasa por el muro y moja el piso de la habitación.
