酒店位於繁忙地區，不用搭車就可以逛街；樓下有河邊風景，附近有3間中小型超市。 房間簡潔明亮，打掃乾淨，達到連鎖標準Premier Inn質素，會再入住。 * 轉彎就有2間酒吧，星期五六較多人飲酒happy * 近河邊及橋底一帶會比較多其他人種, 出入要留神

酒店在市中心地鐵站口，附近就是超市，便宜時性價比高。房間設施一般，免費Wi-Fi速度很慢，廁所設施有點老舊。

靠近中央車站，很容易找到。 房間很新很乾淨，有4部電梯，不用等。 早餐很棒。 考慮到可用的設施，價格也很低。

Just needed an overnight stop prior to driving home after a long flight. Minor problems with the shower setup in 212 but I assume there’s a reason for it (hard to use the smaller shower head because of the way it’s fixed. But I have to say the bed was fine, the breakfast was good and the staff, without exception were terrific. I’ll be back.

Sicuramente buon Hotel in centro a Glasgow. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in regime Bed&full breakfast. La tripla era molto funzionale, pulitissima forse non troppo capiente. Hotel silenzioso, abbiamo dormito bene. Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Bagno all'altezza delle aspettative. Receptionist gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo, ovviamente, assaggiato la colazione servita nel ristorante al pian terreno. Ottima, abbondante, ricca di piatti dolci e salati. L'hotel si trova in una strada centrale, vicino a ristoranti ed attrazioni della città. Vi consigliamo di prenotare un Parcheggio, qualora foste in viaggio con automobile. Abbiamo utilizzato il parcheggio della catena Q-Park a pochi metri dall'hotel, comodissimo e di facile utilizzo. In definitiva, vi consigliamo questa struttura per una vacanza a Glasgow.

Do read the small print when booking a room in this hotel while the building work is still going on... We were very disappointed to open the door of our room, walk to the window to see what view we had ( something we always do straight away ) and to discover there was not only no view, but effectively no window, as it was covered in a sheet of frosted plastic. This gave the room a very dark, stuffy and claustrophobic feel. When I asked the reception staff, they said it was due to building work and that this information was on the website. I had certainly not seen it and would not have booked a room there had I known. She room was also charged at full price. For some people, perhaps this doesn't matter, but it's a big issue for us. A very disappointing and somewhat miserable stay for something that we were looking forward to and expecting to enjoy.

My sister and I got into the hotel at 3pm Wednesday 14th of February we are from somewhere which is 2 hours on bus. We checked in and the staff was very rude about it refusing us in and overall poor service. Don’t recommend this place. We had to get a bus home which was 2 hours journey, completely ruined our day. My dad phoned up the place and claimed they never knew we were sisters even though our ids had the same second name. Even though the problem when we went was that no under 18s were allowed so they contradicted what they said. Another staff told us they claimed the policy of the hotel was that an under 18 had to be accompanied by an adult, baring in mind she’s 17 and i’m 19, i’m over the age. They were very rude about my sisters id and called it “fake” even though it’s the Scottish bus pass which is used as id in most places? understandable it’s not a provisional but there was a way of speaking to someone if it wasn’t accepted, we were still customers and didn’t deserve the attitude. Why would two sisters who are clearly grown enough do anything to the room, we were discriminated because we are young, it had nothing to do with whatever policy it was even though two different staff said different things. So therefore, if you’re young don’t come here they’ll be rude towards you just because you’re not over 25. I find it ironic that we were rejected but there was a girl who were like 15 with someone who didn’t look much older. If it’s a policy to have only over 18s or accompanied by an adult, i don’t see why we would be not allowed if there’s other people in the same boat. I understood the booking couldn’t be refunded and I had to amend it but I don’t even want to come back there.

I stayed in February 2024. The room was comfortable, the choice of pillow firmness was great. The only downfall I had was when i requested room cleaning. It states at reception to notify the team before 12 pm on the day, I notified them at 10:30am. I left the hook on the door stating I wanted a room clean. I went out for the day and came back at 6. The hook was still on the door. The bins were full, There was still used towels in the room and beds weren’t made. I went to reception and was told it is marked off as being done in the book, to which I explained that it had not been touched. Disappointed as after a long day out I wanted to come back to a clean fresh room to be told it was done, but it was obvious that no one entered the room
