阿爾瑪拉住宿加早餐旅館(Almara House)

Excellent accueil de l'hôtesse, Marie, dans cette guesthouse non loin du centre ville de Galway. Pour vous rendre au centre ville, vous pouvez prendre le bus dont l'arrêt est qq mètres de là. Le B&B est confortable, literie également mais notre chambre était vraiment petite ainsi que la salle de bain. Le tout est très clean. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus.

Innegabile la simpatia e l’affabilità della padrona di casa, classico B&B con ottima colazione servita in una stanza davvero graziosa. Quella che andrebbe un po’ migliorata è la pulizia, un paio di macchiette sul cuscino, le carte di due bustine di zucchero dimenticate sulla testiera del letto assieme a un po’ di polvere…insomma…Stanza molto piccola ( ma le dimensioni sono chiaramente scritte quindi niente da dire) lavandino minuscolo, ma intendo proprio minuscolo. La nostra stanza era al secondo e ultimo piano, le scale sono molto strette quindi attenzione se si hanno valigie pesanti perché è difficile portarle su.

Didn't see when booking that this is a B&B. Found out after arriving thats what it was. There is limited parking here, so if there isn't a spot in front of the house (4 total) then you have to park in the drive under the tree. The entry and exit is desigened to direct you a certain direction so it makes you take wider turns which was a little hazardous. The bed was nice but took up most of the room. So if you need a lot of space for luggage you wont have it. The bathroom is big enough for 1 person with a small stand up shower. If you have used one before its not a big deal, but could be difficult for a foreigner. The staircase is very narrow, so again, if you have a lot of luggage its hard to go up and down and kind of hazardous. Breakfast was good, Marie is very nice.

The host was a lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately we had to negotiate several flights of stairs to get to our room, which was a struggle. The room was on the top floor and not good as we had to duck often, especially in the bathroom when using the toilet as the room angled down, so heads would hit if standing up. A long way out of town.

The Bed and Breakfast is outside town. However, there are buses which make the access into town very easy. To go back, taxis and buses are readily available. When we were there, there was parking space enough just before the house. The place is well kept, and Mary is such a nice host. She is extremely friendly. Small things are taken care of in this B and B. Outlets are in the right places, everything is well thought. Breakfast is very nice, and the small conversation with Mary is nice to start the day. The only “complaint” is that our room an certainly the bed were very small.

Everything was great! There are three floors with rooms so beware if you have a lot of luggage. Mary is a lovely host and breakfast was great! It is a little bit out of town in the suburbs, but it was nice and quiet.

The hostess was pleasant and this property seems to be busy/full due to the location near Galway. The room is very small and you have to carry your suit cases up the stairs to the second floor. Bathroom is small but OK, with a shower. Parking is first come first served. Very tight if you come late in the evening. Breakfast was included and the parking was free.

We had a lovely stay. It was a busy weekend at the house with lots of guests. Rooms were comfortable. All very close together.

Great property, very clean and lovely room. Easy and short bus ride to the city. Very friendly host.
