辦好入住，居然給我一間還沒整理過的房間。

調酒師總是一個人，所以你不得不再等一會兒才能點菜。這不是調酒師的錯：）

Near supermarket Modern room

Ich war vor einigen Jahren mehrfach in dem Hotel… Damals war es topp. Heute nicht mehr… Man sieht die Jahre im Zimmer etc. Service… mmh mi mehreren Kindern reserviert und angereist. Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa mussten wir extra besorgen und beziehen der Mitarbeiter der es nachträglich machen sollte war jetzt nicht sehr erfreut das er es machen soll. Da haben wir lieber selber gemacht. Gut war das Frühstück für jeden was dabei.

Hotel molto bello e di qualità a buon prezzo. Unica pacca: caldissimo nella stanza anche con riscaldamento spento. Ho dovuto dormire con finestra aperta.

Clean and comfortable, a bit 'plastic' but most German hotels like this lack personality. For one night it was fine. room a bit too warm and l hate the single mattress on double beds, but expect it. As usual the lack of an English language TV station like CNN or BBC World is annoying

Hey hotel zag er netjes en schoon uit. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Het was goed te bereiken van de luchthaven met openbaar vervoer.

I stayed in both Rilano 24/7(left) and the Rilano Hotel Munchen(right) as they are in the same blog, share the same reception and restaurant. The 24/7 one, as the name suggests, is cheap, low quality. Don’t even think about it. The one on the lower blog on the right of the building is not great either. TV seems small. The worst thing is the shower door in the bathroom. It looks like they run out of budget to build the shower area. The door cannot block the water so after shower there is water everywhere and the shoes are going to get wet. I’ve never been to a hotel like this. Cannot imagine this is in Germany. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Munich they are all great. Breakfast selection here is way too little. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

If rooms are available, I would definitely recommend paying a couple of extra EURO to stay at the 4-star Rilano over the 3-star Rilano 24/7. The rooms are much bigger with extra lighting and guaranteed AC! It makes a world of difference in the summer!

Uncomfortable bed and pillows - could be cleaner, lots of dust in my room. Service was good though, friendly restaurant team.

令人困惑。 ********** 預訂的是三個人，辦理入住時給了我們一張雙人床，我們很困惑為什麼三個成年人實際上不能睡在一張雙人床上。有趣。我要求要三張獨立的床，卻被告知我們每天需要多付 30 英鎊。嗯……不太高興。房間很好，床很舒服，位置很好，交通便利，去餐廳/商店也很方便。

飯店裡沒有VIP服務。工作人員沒有經過特別良好的訓練。桌子缺少椅子。一切都有點無愛。

Reliable business hotel that I have stayed at for over 5 years. Time to renovate, with air con that works, pillows that are comfortable and irons for every room. 5 nights x 2 rooms and still waiting for an iron

Friendly staff. The hotel looked and felt more like a 3 stars+ than 4 stars. The superior room has a very small shower space, and the curtains were of very average quality. I was disappointed with the breakfast: nothing was homemade, the quality of the eggs, bread, or pastries was very low. We appreciated the bar being open until late and with a great barman! I wouldn't go there for leisure, business is fine - the hotel is far from the center of the town and is a bit impersonal in its decoration.
