Hôtel vétuste, pas top hormis l’emplacement. Salle de bain pas propre , petit déjeuner médiocre. 4 jours à l’hôtel la chambre n’a été nettoyé que deux fois. Sincèrement je ne recommande pas du tous. Le personnel pas agréable. Le seule point positive est l’emplacement entre le grand bazar et la mosquée bleu.

traumatising‘ Arrived late to hotel from a 3 hour internal delayed flight. Arrived mid afternoon with two young children and two large cases from being in Marmaris for two weeks checking in was quick but had no help to room with cases. Room was bright and clean. When out for a few hours sight seeing but kids were getting tired as was long day so decided to head back to hotel for food. Waitress recommended Saray Kabab each adults and zibrit Kabab for kids 2 bears each 2 juice and one backlava between kids when we asked for bill it came with charge of 3,575 lira (£90) was very shocked and questioned it with waitress and she came back with restaurant manager who was rude and said that was how much it cost and said would call police if we didn’t pay while getting insulted saying we need to see a physiotherapist’s about the bill. I paided the bill but restaurant manager still was in salting my husband even trying to push him down the spiral staircase in front of if kids who are only 7 and 3 not good enough at all would never return kids as traumatised for life and I could fly to London and get a Kabab cheaper

The service and the breakfast is perfect, but theres one small problem that ruins the quality of the hotel, theres no electronic kettle in the hotel, we brought tons of coffees, teas with sugar until this happened.
