里亞爾託方塔納艾爾斯飯店(Ayres Hotel Rialto Fontana)

If the alarm wouldn’t have gone off three times in the middle of the night and been impossible to turn off despite unplugging and turning it off we would have had a great stay. But after traveling 10 hours with a baby and toddler and the alarm woke up baby who screamed for 2 hours?!!! Sort of left a bad taste. Especially since front desk very nonchalant.

I slept maybe 2 hours and not at one time. The people above our room had kids that were running around and jumping off the beds all night. I called the front desk at 1:30am and he said he will talk to them. The noise never! Stopped. I called again 5:30am and he sounded annoyed and said he will call security then hung up on me. I ended up leaving early since there was no reason to try to sleep. The hotel was overall nice but it has thin walls and floors.

Do not get fooled by the photos. The first 24 hours we had no AC and had to sleep in a hot stuffy room. We found glass on the floor when we checked into our room and dust in several places. The staff is incredibly unprofessional, but I shouldn't be surprised since this hotel has no standards. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

We decided to travel across the United States just a few weeks ago. This place by far was the best hotel we stayed at on the trip. We will definitely return.

Room was clean and spacious staff was great Nu there was so much street noise that it was impossible to get a good nights sleep

The front dest was rude, not helpful and didn't provide necessary help
