Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms

Although we had a reservation, we arrive to find a line in the lobby with the hotel clerk, looking for rooms for people. Apparently they had overbooked. We would’ve been there for hours but instead, just found a room on our own while waiting in line about 5 miles away. Thank goodness for the Hilton chain.

We did not have a good experience here. We were in town for the Nationals XC race. Our first room had a broken pull out bed and the mattress was disgusting. We had to have the pull out so we changed room. Both rooms had very dirty old couches that looked like they’d been there from the 90’s. Once we moved rooms I checked the pull out bed and it was at least functional. We did not know until we were back in our room later that evening that the toilet was broken. It would only flush every 3 flushes. 🙄 and that’s after my husband worked on it. We also asked for one extra pillow and front desk brought up 3 small square decorative pillows (like for a sofa) and one regular pillow-it was odd. Beside the nasty old pull-out sofa/beds and the stained up carpet the rest of the room seemed relatively clean but I didn’t trust it after all we had experienced. The front desk didn’t seem very lively sort of apathetic. The breakfast the next morning was fine, nothing great. They ran out acting surprised about “how busy it was” when they knew many guests were there for the National race at the park 2mi away. It was super disappointing. The hotel needs repair and updated badly. Not sure when or if we will ever be back in this area but it’s not the place you want to land.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. Employees were courteous. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with a wide choice of foods. We will definitely return when we are in the Louii, Kentucky area.

We initially had an issue with our room being unsecured upon arrival. The gentleman at the desk resolved the issue immediately and gave us a different room. We are very pleased with our stay.

The hotel needs better lighting. The parking lot is dark. The bathroom is dark. If you want breakfast you better be in line before service begins. When the food is gone it’s gone.

The walls are VERY thin. I could hear kids in their rooms. I could hear adults. Very thin walls.

Room is very nice. Super clean and bed is comfy. We will definitely stay here again, as we visit Louisville often!

Muy complicada, cuando llegue al hotel me informaron que no tenía mis habitaciones reservadas y la persona de la recepción no entendía lo que se le explicaba, sencillamente no quería explicar nada. Estábamos tan cansados del viaje que me tocó decirle que nos diera día habitaciones y ya para no seguir esperando

The front desk didn’t deal with the teenagers running around soaking doors & screaming in the hallways.

Great bed, nice pillows, bathroom was tight/small. Staff was great had a pleasant experience.

It was so noisy Friday night was the worst people letting there kids run up and down the hallway kids banging on the walls. Every night it was very loud. Honestly should of changed hotels and I really just was not impressed that when I called down they didn’t come up to tell them to stop making so much noise

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Overall, great accommodations.
