在小鎮屬於人氣最高的酒店，條件不錯，房間也夠寬敞，住過了banff的酒店後才知道這裏的性價比有多高。如果預算有限強烈建議住在這裏而非banff。

停車方便，旁邊的烤肉店很好，游泳池乾淨

This property is a nice find along the Trans Canada Highway in Golden. It is on the highway so we rate it only 4 out of 5 for location, but otherwise the hotel and our room were spotless, the staff very accommodating and our stay was great. The King suite is large with an enjoyable jetted tub, and is nicely appointed.

Started our 1-week to the Icefields Parkway by driving from Kelowna to Golden and staying here. It a nice place. We enjoyed the spa tub and swimming pool. The ice machine is on the 1st floor lobby and was a bit inconvenient. The service desk didn't know anything about the road closures over to Banff. I thought they'd be better informed. Breakfast was not included but we had a good on at the onsite restaurant, RIcky's. We had our R-Pod camper with us and there was plenty of parking in the back. Room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Check in with Ruth at front desk was great. Got to our room, unpacked and got settled then went to put water bottles in the fridge and there was food in it!!! I took it to the front desk, back to Ruth. She was very nice, offered to see if we wanted to change rooms but we were unpacked and sink declined. I think we maybe shdv just been offered a discount on our rate.

Very easy to get to, just off the hwy but the room was quiet. Desk clerk so nice and helpful, we asked for a king room instead of a queen, was very happy to do this. The room was nice 👍, great TV but was dark at night. Just two lamps and no overhead lighting.

This is a well maintained property, excellent staff who were very helpful in every aspect to make this a pleasant stay for my family. The room size was decent and the hotel overall was very clean. The only small problem that I found was very tight parking and limited parking spots. the hotel front drop off area is too narrow therefore if a vehicle is standing there for drop off or pickup it will not allow for another vehicle to pass. For the rate charged they should also consider adding free breakfast or giving coupons for the onsite restaurant, that will be a simple yet a great add on.

The elevator was under maintenance, which was not stated on the website nor was a discount provided. The hotel smells like recycled cigarette smoke from the 1970's. The AC unit in our room needs a filter change or replacement, as it was blowing out the same smell. I originally booked for two nights, but after arriving quickly decided to change to one night and was charged $50 more for a total of $319.00 for the night. Beyond ridiculous price for this crappy Inn. The staff was friendly and positive. The restaurant Ricky's attached to the Inn has great food and I would recommend it. They serve authentic Mexican food.

Pro: - lots of parking - vending machine available - soft lounge chair and lamp for reading - comfortable bed Cons: - outdated design - small TV - no shampoo - no soap - poor TV channel selection

Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom door squeaked very loudly and did not close tight. It caused a very sleepless night unfortunately! The Denny’s adjoining was very understaffed and the gal that was working was not friendly and overworked so obviously it was not enjoyable

This property was very dated. The room was large but not very clean. The pool area and pool water was dirty with hair and debris floating on top of the pool. The hotel was very expensive and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend and would not stay again.

Hotel itself is dated but it's clean. Convenient location off highway and 5 min drive away from the Golden Skybridge. Friendly front desk. Pool opens till late.

Front desk lady was no personal Like a robot. When we check in. When check out she was friendly and bubbly Restaurant ****** don’t even stick around to order.
