工作人員很友好，尤其是在嘗試幫助我無線上網時。在我的房間裡不存在這種房間，他們確實提出要把我從房間裡挪開，但是由於已經打開行李箱再住了兩個晚上，我選擇了使用大堂趕上聖誕節的消息。該酒店地理位置優越，步行即可到達烏菲茲美術館，大教堂，聖十字教堂等。早餐還可以，我發現了一個秘密進入廚房的入口，當兩個電梯之一不工作時，這很方便。其他一些旅行團成員發現裝修好的房間非常好。我的房間還不到最新。磨損的電線，成型的灌漿和可在各處管理噴水的水槽塞子，對我而言，幾乎算不上五星級。如果您去，請裝修一新的房間！

新漂亮的酒店,是5星級。工作人員是一流的,非常注重客人。這不是一家大酒店,但房間佈置得很好,牀單很好看。我們到那裏時,房間裏有一瓶冰鎮的Prosecco。他們有廚房裏的米其林廚師Paulo Airaudo,有一個窗戶直接看廚房,這樣就可以看廚師準備精彩的菜餚!它位於離美第奇城堡很近。我們強烈推薦這家酒店!

From the moment you enter this refurbished 700 year old building you feel like a special guest. We were greeted by Luca, who spent much time with us mapping out our agenda that wasn’t already planned in Florence. He made restaurant recommendations and reservations. Everything recommended was great. All employees of this hotel were equally helpful and attentive. Every detail is taken into account. A beautiful breakfast was included everyday. Our room was upgraded and was a beautiful luxurious suite. I hope to come back here at some point. It was a wonderful experience.

衹需要在市區內的主街走五分鐘就可以到達這個美麗的酒店。早餐很好吃，我們擁有一個美妙的上午。美麗的房間，寬敞的浴室，唯一不足的是床太硬，但是這也是可以接受的。工作人員的態度很好。我們在聖吉米尼亞諾酒店看了半個小時的茉莉花，很好看。33歐對於這個公園來講很值得一去。我很向大家推薦這家酒店。

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

房間位置不錯，在市區裏，房間也算是大的，挺精緻的酒店！酒店大堂挺氣派的。早餐的用餐環境也不錯！房間的格局，一家三口👨‍👩‍👧入住要去不會擁擠！小孩的牀是在房間的另外一邊。空間不錯，三個行李箱也不會覺得太擁擠！衛生間的空間也不小，淋浴房挺有意思，是靈活伸縮型的！就是酒店的空調有點熱，空調關了，還是覺得有點熱了！其他都很好！性價比挺高的酒店。

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con una amica per una notte nella camera San Martino. Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente. Ottima la posizione, il b&b è collocato all' interno di un palazzo storico in stile Liberty nel centro di Firenze. Tutti i luoghi di maggiore interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La nota dolente è sulla camera piccolissima, dotata di un solo lucernario collocato in alto con evidenti segni di infiltrazioni d'acqua sul muro. La tinteggiatura è vecchia con evidenti segni di usura sui muri che appaiono in più punti scrostati. Il bagno è ricavato all' interno della camera, separato da una tramezzatura in carton gesso. La doccia è priva di doccino e con il sifone intasato e dopo aver aperto l'acqua questa ristagna. Il condizionatore della stanza è vecchio e molto rumoroso, tanto che siamo state costrette a spegnerlo di notte per poter dormire. La colazione viene servita in una sala comune affrescata, la scelta è davvero limitatissima. La struttura potrebbe essere un vero gioiello, ma necessiterebbe di un accurato restauro come meriterebbe.. Abbiamo pagato 175 euro per una notte... Direi davvero troppo per una struttura mal tenuta...

The Bavaria Hotel, in the very centre of the old city of Florence, is a so pretty good adress ! Nevertheless, there are TWO conditions for coping with this so pleasant location : First, be aware that You'll have to climb stairs of three high floors to reach it. Entrance is not at the ground-floor ! Second, they no longer offer breakfasts (but we founded smart and very pleasant places, only three minutes walking, to have good breakfasts (not that expensive). So ... no problem for us ! Then all was kind, wellcoming, simple and very pleasant - even delightful - as long as we sleeped in a very large room (at the top of the hotel) with a bathroom having nice vew on the Dome (cathedral) of Florence. A wonder at night ! Really perfect room (and even not expensive) ! We unfortunately had two nights during this stay - out of the seven we spent there - in an other room of the hotel... with noisy and selfish neighbours those two nights. This very room is not properly isolated. A pity ! Consolation : all the team of the Bavaria Hotel of Florence was very-very-very kind ... THANKS again and again to them !

雖然夠古老，但真的不會再住，三層還是四層陡峭的樓梯，入住的時候行李是前台扛上去的，我們兩個女生的行李一個26寸大箱子，一個28寸，服務生都氣喘吁吁。走的時候服務生扛了個重的，我們自己扛個小的，沒有電梯實在太不方便了！！！天台夠小，帶陽台的房間陽台也夠小，早餐也很一般。

I came to Florence to visit my daughter who is there for 3 months, and wanted to stay close to her apartment. Palazzo Graziani was a great location. Close to her, but to lots of other stuff too. I had the larger double room for single use. The room was very clean, had great light, and a charming Tuscan feel. The terrace was so nice--it was too chilly/windy to be out there as much as I had hoped but even sitting next to the windows overlooking the view was terrific. Never quite figured out the thermostat--wanted to turn heat on one night but couldn't get it to switch on, but it wasn't really cold so it was fine. The walls were thin and I was awakened by weird noises sometimes (sometimes it sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor above my room in the middle of the night, sometimes there were loud voices outside my door).Since they're still not serving breakfast I would have loved a coffee option in the room or lobby. Overall, really loved my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

我不能高估這家酒店及其優秀的員工,酒吧的一名搬運工一定是在聖誕節期間不開心。一開始遇到我們的接待員和盧卡都很棒。無論我們有什麼疑問,他們都在那裏幫助我們找到吃飯的地方,優秀的選擇女士們喜歡你爲我們預訂的所有餐館。從查看大教堂的開放時間到向我們提供我們想去參觀的各種場所的指示,沒有什麼太麻煩了。在聖誕節早上,廚房工作人員在豐盛的自助早餐上躺着,也值得特別提及,他們一定是花了很長時間準備自助餐,這是一個令人驚奇的景象。我兒子和家人住的房間就像烏菲齊博物館裏的東西一樣,餐廳也是如此。喜歡餐廳裏設置的雪“村莊”。酒店就在大教堂廣場上。如果你想在某個特別的地方度過聖誕節,那麼這就是去的地方。感謝每個人爲我們的家庭做了如此特別。
