They requested E14 pp to use the pool.! I couldn’t find it in their website where they inform clients of this beforehand. Not a facility a 4 star hotel has for their clients as complimentary. Ridiculous. Too far away from centre. No gel/shower in bathroom, even a 3 star Holiday Inn has these facilities or a Premier Inn chain. Would not recommend this hotel. £254 and not the facilities for a 4star hotel. Hotel needs to have 2 stars removed.

見た目でだいぶ損をしているホテルだと思います。 あまりに賑やかすぎる外観ゆえに、変なホテルだと思われそうですが 内装は非常に清潔で、とても快適なホテルです。 共用スペースも広く、自動販売機もあって便利です。 他の宿泊者の方々の民度も高く、常識のあるしっかりした方が多いので 迷惑な滞在客によって不快な思いをすることもないでしょう。 フィレンツェ中心部のホテルは、とんでもなく高額だったり 価格に見合った設備とはいいがたいものが多いので 個人的には、移動時間を多少掛けたとしても このホテルを起点にした方がいいように感じました。

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. 我們去過佛羅倫薩很多次，住過飯店和公寓。 Alinari Hotel距離火車站僅幾分鐘路程。雖然從街上看並不迷人，但這家酒店在很多方面都很完美。主人很棒，很包容，我們有一個大的四人房間，可以看到聖洛倫索和大教堂/洗禮堂的景色，步行即可到達購物中心、中央市場和許多很棒的餐廳。即使在每年的這個時候，佛羅倫薩也總是擠滿了遊客，但與夏季的炎熱相比，體驗一些降雨和溫和的氣溫是件好事。 Alinari 酒店提供美味且非常完整的早餐，並設有一個開放式陽台，可俯瞰佛羅倫薩市中心的大部分地區。我們在兩晚的住宿中擠了很多時間，但我們已經對佛羅倫薩非常熟悉了，所以除了疲憊的雙腳之外，我們希望能多住幾天。大家好！

房間很有設計感，雖然不是很大但是很溫馨舒適，衹是這個房型很坑的是它在半層，需要下一個很窄的樓梯，房間裏面還有幾級台階，大箱子很不友好！早餐還是很不錯的，可以坐在外麪感受。

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

Stayed at YellowSquare Florence for 2 nights and had a fun time! Hostel was very social and had activities every day! We arrived before check-in and luggage storage was free which was different among many other hostels we stayed in. Staff was super nice and remembered me by name! There was a rooftop pool which was super fun and clean, so definitely bring a swimsuit if you’re coming during the warmer months! Rooms and showers were clean and spacious and not too far of a walk from city center. Definitely recommend staying here!

Il B&B Palazzi è ubicato nella zona castello vicino al quartiere Rifredi in una zona molto tranquilla non molto lontano dal centro di Firenze raggiungibile con i mezzi in circa 20'. Il B&B è una splendida Villa di famiglia ristrutturata è adibita a struttura ricettiva dal sig. Mario e da suo fratello Alessio. Le camere sono quattro tutte arredate con stile e gusto. Mario e sua cognata due persone splendide e pronte sempre a far due chiacchiere. Presente parcheggio sia esterno che interno, buona la colazione con prodotti freschi. Struttura altamente consigliata soprattutto per chi cerca anche un po' di tranquillità. Grazie di tutto, sicuramente ci ritorneremo. This hotel is a little ways a way from Florence which was what we were looking for. Its in the Novolli suburbs but is still close enough to visit Florence which is what we did. You can ride the Tram from the Train Station, when exiting the train station walk across the street and turn left from there you will see the tram and can buy your ticket at the kiosk 1.50 Euro a ticket and its good for 90 minutes. Take the T2 Line and get off at the San Donato Stop, its approx a 5 minute walk from there to the hotel. We checked in early and our room was ready, we booked a king deluxe so it was a nice spacious room on the corner with 2 windows, lovely. Room was nice and clean. Room had A/C that was nice and cold.Only a few complaints the tub/shower sucks, its a bathtub with a rainfall head and also a bath tub faucet with hand shower, its hard to keep water off the floor with the design and I kept stepping on the drain plug and bumping my leg on the bath fixture, just a poor design, however the water was nice and hot and had good pressure. They also desperately need a bathroom vent it was so steamy we had to shower with the bathroom door open so we didn’t suffocate. The bathroom itself is large which is nice but one of the most poorly lit bathroom, had to do my make up in the bedroom. Beds were also a bit hard and firm. Nice little affordable hotel away from the hustle and bustle, just needs a little bathroom update
