They are remodeling so have some patience. Mrs. Linda and the young man on the late shift were very nice (desk clerks).

Les gens au service sont impeccables. L'hôtel est propre. Cependant, les installations sont très vieilles et usées, particulièrement la salle de bain. La chambre est tellement humide qu'on avait l'impression que les draps étaient mouillés. Au matin, il y avait de la buée dans mes lunettes. Des clients hurlaient dans le corridor.

Staff at check in very friendly; the person at check out had no personality - didn't say a word to us just took key and smiled. Overall stay was fine, but the noise in the hall ways and above us was very loud/slamming doors, voices, tv's etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Travelling with a 11 month old can be a challenge when carrying a play pen and all the gear. A trolly was available at check in and check out. The room was clean to our standard and it was an overall good experience for the price. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. Some people don't live at home as well as we stayed for this trip. We will stay there again.

We arrived and the room we had smelled like smoke. We asked to switch and we’re immediately changed to a new room, which was better. Our stay was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our family.

There was ants and roaches in my room, I was on the 4th floor. The AC did not work. Cleaning lady left the window open which attracted flies. The shower was small and grungy due to being old. The bathroom was very small and nothing like the photos online

Check into my room and found dirty bathroom, ants and roaches, leaking refrigerator, lack of towels, trash on the floor and left over trash in the can in my room. I went back to the lobby to switch rooms only to find out the hotel was full and I was stuck with the room I was in. I was so disappointed because in the past I had nothing less than 5 star treatment from Red Roof Inn properties.

Very uncomfortable place to sleep at roaches was everywhere around the room .. stains in couch ugh couldve been better but never again check in at 3:45am check out at 6am

No hot water, roaches, and a crazed man screaming and raising his fists to the clear at 445 in the morning. Worst place I’ve stayed in quite some time.
