We have booked 2 rooms for one night with dinner & breakfast for relative birthday celebration, although from start Mr Nirmal at front desk/ Miss ***meet dity ***ager both were confused & rude about their hospitality, although I asked Miss ***meet will put review she bluntly said she dosen't need it she is on higher post but ahe forgot that you have to be more humble & responsible at higher posts, above all on the night of dinner they were behind us to pay for kids below 5 &6, even Miss ***meet called people force us to pay & put allegation that kid is 9 year old without seeing her ids, at the breakfast buffet Mr Saddam was extremely polite & dedicated towards hospitality with housekeeping staff consits of Pankaj, Sehtaj, Karamjeet Kaur & Shubham malhotra were polite & humble towards their work. Bottomline is Miss ***meet has to improve her behaviour cauz she thinks at higher posts she doesn't require customer felicitations which is contrary to her work. I am dissappointed with her behaviour.
