科利維爾DFW機場西歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Colleyville DFW Airport West)

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Overall hotel is really nice. Will stay there again when in town. Only complaint would be not enough towels in room. I get two people two towels but another set would have been nice. Also no decaf coffee.

We stayed 2 nights. Very disappointed that there was no daily room service., Especially that they would not refill the coffee in the room for the second morning. Also, only supplied paper cups for everything. No porcelain coffee cups or glass glasses for water or wine. Why the micro wave or mini frig, and ice bucket if you don't supply real glassware? I would rather pay $20 more per night than be without these room amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the friendly and informative greeting at check in, to our morning walk to a fabulous breakfast, passing the front desk who kindly asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable! We were very pleased with everyone and everything! Will stay with you again next family event! Thank you!!

We have stayed at this property many times, even during covid. We understood, then, the cleaning problems, but we stayed 5 days this time and asked for room service once. It still didn't happen we had to get clean towels ourselves after requesting early in the day for service. I just received our bill and was charged for parking in their lot, why? If we aren't to have our room service and we pay for parking, we need a discount of the room.

Great location. Clean and good service. Only issue was the bed was hard. It was fine for me but my family didn’t like it.

I stay at this hotel almost every time I visit my son in Dallas. Nice rooms, great quality, clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Easy check in/out process. Excellent location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Overall the hotel was pretty good. The staff was accommodating and they seem to take covid protocol. Cleaning of the room was only done on request due to covid. My only issue with the hotel was an indoor pool. I would think in mid Texas you could warrant an outdoor pool.

SURPRISE….. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE I was disappointed that there was no shuttle unless your a pilot. They have special shuttle service for airline employees. Just not regular guests. Other than that it’s a beautiful clean place. Beds are really soft. Room was large. Breakfast was great Just don’t book this room thinking you’re going to get a shuttle to it because they have no service. Yet they advertise as if they are a hotel near the airport. Takes a little more than 15 minutes to get there. Beautiful place when you arrive at least. That was a Godsend.
