Yialasi Hotel

Io e mio marito siamo rimasti letteralmente entusiasti di questa struttura! Non solo ha una posizione incredibile, sul mare, che si ammira da vicino e dall’alto, ma vi si respira pace, bellezza e armonia. Le camere con bellissima veranda sono curate in ogni particolare, pulitissime. Tutta l’area è perfettamente curata, la piscina è gradevolissima e tranquilla. Ottima la ristorazione ed il personale è attento e sorridente. L’accoglienza e la cura del proprietario nei nostri confronti resteranno nel nostro cuore. Grazie!

Que dire qui n'ait déjà été dit dans les autres avis? Le personnel d'une gentillesse et bienveillance exceptionnelle - à commencer par le patron des lieux, pour qui seule compte la satisfaction des hôtes (on ose à peine dire clients)- , la vue grandiose, la chambre spacieuse et équipée, la cuisine raffinée, la piscine magnifique ou encore la décoration et le mobilier de goût...nombre d'hôtels 5 étoiles devraient s'inspirer de ce lieu magique!

Bei der Ankunft ist es ein "Wow ist das schön"-Moment, besser als auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Am Pool kein Gedränge und es ist komplett unnötig, Liegen zu reservieren, Platz genug. Der Blick ist sowieso ein Wahnsinn. So auch die Verpflegung: jeden Tag gibt es ein etwas anderes Frühstück, frisch gemacht und Panagiota und Kostas legen großen Wert auf lokale, frische Produkte - und das schmeckt man! Mittags die kleine Karte ist ausreichend und Abends gibt es immer zwei, drei Sachen, die nicht auf der Karte stehen. Rundherum wachsen Orangen in Hülle und Fülle, der Saft zum Frühstück ist frisch und die Marmelade genial. Auch die Früchte in Zuckersirup.... Das Wlan schaffte Streaming von Netflix & Co mühelos, ein wichtiges Kriterium für unsere jugendlichen Töchter. Untypisch für GR: hoher Wasserdruck jederzeit und eine leise arbeitende Klimaanlage. Man hat auch nie das Gefühl, beengt zu sein, alles sehr geräumig. In den Ort mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten, zu Fuß eher eine Tortur, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Unsere Meinung: besser gehts nicht! Sehr freundliche Eigentümer & Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

It's an unbelievable hotel. We are fortunate to have stayed in many five star hotels and this compares favourably to then all. What makes it so special? Two things. First, the view, just amazing. Second, the staff who are terrific, led by the owner who is very hands on and so helpful. In addition, although up to the standards of the many five star hotels we are fortunate to have stayed in, the price of both the room and very good food are considerably less. To summarise, if in the area no need to consider anywhere else

Quote incredible hotel, with beautiful rooms/suites, gardens, food, and great employees. All surprises were good ones. Kostas, the Manager, was a fount of knowledge and graciousness, the food, from the included breakfast to dinner, was of the highest standard. In fact, we ate dinner three of four nights, as the setting, service and food (and the house wine!) were all first rate. Worthy of a repeat visit.

The location is a dream...perfect views of the islands of the Saronic Gulf. The rooms are beautifully appointed and everywhere is spotless. The gardens are a delight. It is utter luxury but done with taste and refinement. Kostas is an amazing host...charming and so helpful. As for the food....give up all hopes of a diet! The breakfasts are a feast of fruits; breads; yoghurts; cold meats and cheeses; salad; home cooked savoury pastries; fresh orange juice from the trees in the garden; local honey; home made jams...and an egg dish that changes every day. Dinner provided me with the best (and biggest!) Pork chop I'd ever seen and a grilled vegetable salad with top notch balsamic. I've never slept better. This is truly paradise found.

Second or third time we spend a few days at Yialasi, warm welcome by the very friendly owner and the staff delivering a wonderful service: gorgeous breakfast and this time we also enjoyed dinner (thank you Maria!). Very comfortable beds (I arrived with a sore back and within 48h it was resolved). This place is our secret hideaway 2h from Athens, with a stunning view. During this trip we drove around the Methana peninsula, enjoyed a bath in the hot springs by the sea (look for Pausaneas bath) and had dinner at the lovely harbor of Vathi with the sunset. Thank you!!

Stayed for three nights. Previously stayed many years ago for one night and had great memories of that stay and high expectations. This time it was even more impressive. The hotel is very efficiently run and everything has a quality feel. The gardens are lovely, the infinity pool was amazing and the room was great. Lots of character touches everywhere and so much attention to detail. The breakfast was very good and far too much to eat. We had dinner on two nights and this was also excellent and with similar prices to local tavernas. The staff were really attentive and professional. It is a small place with just 14 rooms but feels far superior to many other places we have stayed which are much bigger and significantly more expensive. Overall great value for money and we will return. Only thing to bear in mind is the slope of the drive. You need a car and it is very steep. The owner recommended we turn the air con off in our small hire car and this made the ascent much easier. The views from the hotel terraces, lounges and bedrooms easily makes up for the hill.
