房間和早餐都不錯，就是接機班車不靠譜。前台説班車再有五分鐘就來了，我們站在寒風裡等了半個多小時也沒等到!

設施及服務確實很差，希望你們能改正過來！

The stay was what I needed. Location is on point and the staff were polite. Parking was good room was clean

I did not like how it took 45mins to get a shuttle, and the Front desk Rep Tacresha was the worst I've ever dealt with. I wont stop here no need to type it all, i will send an email to management.

Shuttle service not available, tv not working only weather channel available, reading lamps by bed had broken switches , some hallway walls had chipping paint , overall atmosphere was motel 6 minus all for $179 a nite

O local estava bem sujo e cheirava a cigarro muito forte. Fomos tomar cafe as 8:40 e ja nao havia nada disponível. Fora que quando chegamos haviam pegado nosso quarto e tivemos que ser realocados.

Todo muy bien limpio y agradable personal muy amable

For the price? Cant beat it. Room was super clean, super comfy, & I was allowed to check in early at no additional fee. Water pressure was fine & water was very hot. Just gotta let it run for a few seconds. Only complaint but not really a complaint is the TV. The volume was strange. If you cut it up or down it took while to catch up. But that didn’t bother me much at all. It was quiet. Nobody arguing or smoking. Nothing. Overall great stay. Would stay again.

Overall my experience was great. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. I made a noise complaint at 3am because the three individuals next door to us decided to be up yelling and arguing with each other at that time. I made my initial call to report and every call other that went unanswered. Those people yelled for at least 3 hours unaddressed.

They advertise a shuttle! When i came at 23.30 no shuttle available!! Had to take a taxi! The girl on checkin has to be the worst person I've ever deal with!!! When my sister called, gal didn't transfer call!! Nor did she answer phone when I called down! Breakfast was almost non existant!

Facility looks old. Room is clean. Good for a night stay if the plane arrive late in the night.
