Can't complain about the staff or cleanliness, but there was a 40th Bday party in the function room below as that blasted music from 7 till midnight. Having to get up early the next day, it ruined our stay. The vibrations in our room from the music were unbearable. We could hear other rooms complaining to staff and being offered free breakfasts, for which we were not. Very disappointing

The hotel requires a re vamp. It is very tired. Very clean however, but this really doesnt matter when you are having a shower in a bathroom that feel like it is from the 1980s. Staff were wonderful however and my evening meal was very nice. I wont be staying here again.

The reception team were welcoming and all service was good. The hotel is dated and the standard rooms in need of updating especially the bathroom with the fittings and tiling/decor. I have stayed in the Bradford on Avon location a few years back for a wedding and had an excellent experience there. This is the reason I selected Best Western. Did not enjoy breakfast with the selection, quality of produce and presentation.

I had booked two rooms. One had been redecorated and was fine, the other very tired. Surfaces in the room were not wiped down prior to arrival and I was unsure if one of the single beds had been changed from previous occupant. The rest of the hotel was fine and the bar spotless. All the staff were smiley, helpful and welcoming.

I never normally give reviews as the service that I receive is good. I fully understand that best western hotel are independently owned. But it’s 2022 and hotels and owners need to move with the times. I have an Hybrid car the charging point was 2 x 13 amp plug sockets.. which had cars parked in front of them so the use of my charging lead was redundant. The pool was should we say ambient not warm but again not freezing. The hotel room was dated and really needed a good overall gap in the bath panel wallpaper disjointed and again dated. I would of expected more for £165 a night hotel. It will make me think again about booking an independent hotel and will be using a hotel chain in the future

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and I travel a lot for business. Old and in desperate need for a full refurb.

Good stay, only used to see friends but very comfortable beds. Single beds in the family rooms could do with being a little bit wider for more comfort.

As soon as you arrive you are met by an accomplished team. I use a lot of hotels and B&Bs due to work committments and after a long day you just need this Hotel. Fantastic staff allround and happy faces too. Swim, sauna or just sit out on the terrace where you will be given an excellent service by the staff. Kind regards

Lovely little hotel. Gave a higher star due to friendly staff. Was disappointed the pool was open to the public and no time allocated for residents only. Would stay again.
