In general, the facility and our stay were fine, except the check-in service. The front desk agent was not very professional. First, I felt that I was not welcome since there was no greetings, no smiles when I walked to the counter for the check-in. She kinda gave me a look "you, next". Second, I was asked twice about my car color (black) for the parking tag. After the process was about to be done, she handed me the tag with wrong information (white color). Then she blamed me for providing it incorrectly to her. Also, there were no basic Customer service phrases to show the hospitality as I left the counter. Very disappointed about this experience because most of the time our family traveled, we had hadn't any issues like this at other locations.
