"Very friendly service at the check in desk.Checked my reservation through a 3rd party and explained to me that next time go through the hotel and explain to them the reason for my stay was because my wife had a appointment with the eye care center.They offer a discount rate rather than 3rd party.I had to pay $100.00 deposit which I got back when I checked out that morning.Also had a nice breakfast and made a reservation for my wife next appointment next week.I think we may staying there in the future.Thank you Ron Labriola."

"Decided to choose Unscripted for some photos for an upcoming project. The older look of the hotel was what I looking for and it did my photos justice. The hotel gives off an 60's, 70's or 80's vibe which I thought was cool. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The igloo restaurant added and touch of Christmas holiday vibe. Pleasant views of downtown Durham from the pool deck. Overall my stay was very good."

The facilities are very well maintained, and the rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. Parking is QR code-activated and there's also an indoor parking garage. The room was spotlessly clean. Overall, it's a fantastic choice in Durham."
