El domingo 8 nos alojamos mi marido y yo en la habitación 154 y dejamos el hotel a la mañana siguiente temprano. Por olvido se me olvidó sacar de la caja fuerte el porta pasaportes que siempre llevo en los viajes. A través del guía pudimos recuperarlos pero cuál ha sido mi sorpresa cuando en el hotel sólo han entregado los pasaportes sin el estuche, en el cual llevaba los visados de mi marido y mío y 170€. La agencia ha reclamado pero su respuesta es que estaban sólo los pasaportes con lo cual tienen un problema, o los ha robado la persona que ha ido a abrir la caja fuerte, o lo han robado en recepción.

Las habitaciones perfectas, super serviciales y encantadores. Hemos tenido la suerte de que nos atendiera Padmanabhan que nos ayudo en toda la cena. Encantador , sonriente, atento, servicial, nos aconsejo' , nos ayudo' en todo. Super recomendable tsnto el restaurante como el hotel. Y se preocupan de entender al cliente con el idioma o gestos pero sin comer no te quedas.

Limpieza, tranquilidad, buena comida, gran cantidad y variedad, no en muchos sitios encontramos , algunos son bastante más escasos.Muy amables y atentos, no sé escuchan ruido en las habitaciones recomendamos por todo lo explicado, merece la pena la estancia.

Appena arrivati abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la prenotazione della stanza. Il direttore credo la persona più gentile in assoluto che esiste al mondo ha risolto brillantemente la cosa e molto velocemente cosa che non è successa in altri alberghi sempre a 5 stelle e sempre in India. Avevo il frigobar che non funzionava e me lo hanno sostituito. Servizio di lavanderia veloce e impeccabile. L'attività esterna gestita da Alisha (Alisha Henna Art) tatuatrice con Helne' è veramente una bella idea anche perché Alisha oltre ad essere molto brava è veramente carina sia come bellezza esterna che interiore. Massaggio ayurvedico fantastico. Da provare. La bellezza del posto è unica. Tutto il personale gentilissimo. Ottima organizzazione. Esperienza ottima. Tantissime possibilità di escursioni. Da non sottovalutare il clima, dopo le città soggiornare qui è una goduria.

Immerso nel verde. Ci sono le scimmie che rubano sui tavoli della colazione Le stanze sono in bungalow con servizi. Un poco rumoroso il condizionatore. Munirsi di repellenti per zanzare. Colazione standard come usa negli hotel indiani troppo pepata

Hotel scelto dal tour operator e soggiorno di una notte. Positiva e la pozione in alto, la gentilezza del personale e là buona cucina. La camera seppur spaziosa presenta delle lacune che disturbano il sonno. La porta e la porta e la porta finestra sono finestrate quindi al mattino entra la luce, frigobar rumoroso tanto che abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina, anche le lucine della Tv danno piuttosto noia, completa il profilo della camera io fatto che sia piuttosto vetusta, comunque per una notte e fattibile.

Hotel che probabilmente incarna le caratteristiche locali. Con questo intendo immerso in un parco naturale con la possibilità che le scimmie ti entrino in camera. Molta attenzione alla pulizia ma per un italiano tipico grande sofferenza a tavola….

Definitely Not Worth the StayWe booked a honeymoon suite here, but it was a massive disappointment and not worth the stay at all. The rooms are very old and badly maintained. To make matters worse, the jacuzzi was stinking, which made the whole experience pretty unpleasant. We expected a lot more for a premium room, but it was a very poor experience overall. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for quality or a special occasion."

simply superb.Easy parking,lovely roomswel located dor al wild life related activities.Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable[I am disabled abd on a wheelchair.Food is great and there is a lovely bar too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect—convenient and easy to get around from. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel is up a steep, dilapidated road from the main town. This means it’s slightly challenging to access the main shopping area (although there’s an independent store opposite). It didn’t feel as though it sat in the Periyar landscape as comfortably as the CGH Earth property. And its facilities weren’t of the same standard. But as that hotel was undergoing renovation, this was a satisfactory second option. Rooms are large with good storage, sited on multiple levels accessed by external staircases, and they have balconies. (But these appear to be the monkeys’ domain as is the dining room at breakfast - they stole food off my plate and proceeded to sit at ceiling level mocking me by eating it). The shower was powerfully (even if the tiles were a little slippery underfoot). It has a leisure pool (not very large) with a limited number of recliners. But areas for socialising were limited. Food was good, with a nice dosa station and other food options cooked to order. And dining staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location to rest relax and get closer to nature. Hotel is surrounded by lush plants and animal life. We saw so many birds lango monkeys and Malabar giant squirrel. The restaurant has a wide variety of food choices for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was also excellent.. it’s walking distance to all of the nature attractions.

Everything needs to be upgraded. The furniture needs to be replaced. The rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly. All corners are dirty. The blinds could not be opened. The tiles on the floors are broken as well.
